Far from what I expected given the amount I paid. Our hotel door had three separate issues, which in turn caused us to be locked out three times, go wait at the front desk, and wait for a maintenance request to be fulfilled. And each time, they couldn’t fix my door. Front desk said they could wave my parking. Well that’s fine and dandy but I missed a show I bought two tickets for because of these issues. Front staff couldn’t do anything about my troubles, specifically because I “booked through *******”. Well, I learned my lesson on both fronts. Never again Hilton, and never again *******. I’ve yet to call ******* to see if they can do anything, but I did purchase my trip protection. If they cannot make my experience right, I’m not sure who to be more upset at.
This hotel also had one bathroom in their lobby. Every time we got locked out of my room, I unfortunately had to use the restroom too. Why is it that your front staff kept pointing me to that bathroom, which had a “out of order” sign on it. For four days, your staff was pointing people to a bathroom that had “out of order” written on it. That may sound negligible, but it is ABSOLUTELY a cherry on top of being locked out of my room, for the first, second, and then third time.
I don’t think I can explain how truthfully disappointed I was by my experience with just words in a review. Actions will speak louder, and my actions will never find me back with Hilton OR ******* (unless they can make this situation right)
