I don’t understand any of the negative or lukewarm reviews. This place is amazing. Huge, beautiful rooms. The pool is incredible. Food and drinks are great. Can easily shuttle or even walk into town. Great service. Very expensive across the board for sure, and it’s not for a budget conscious person. That being said, you get what you pay for and my wife and I love this place. Will be back,

I went to cavoo tagoo for my 30th birthday and this was my personal experience staying at this hotel. Positives are that the pillows / bed / sheets were very comfortable. They upgraded my room for free thanks to my travel agent whose sent many clients to that hotel. The room was always very clean and the staff was really good with changing towels. The resort itself was beautiful, excellent views from every room, and the location was amazing. The negatives - it’s an Instagram scene by the pool around sundown. You can’t even enjoy the sundown because you have all these girls in flowing dresses taking pictures & blocking your view. If you want service at the pool you can forget it. No one’s around ever & you have to flag someone down to get a bottle of water. The food was over priced and it was ok but not 5 star. The restaurant service was alright, the only thing I don’t like is I’ve always been shoved at the back of the restaurant and they save all these empty tables for guests that are “coming” and I’ll have finished my whole meal at the back of an empty restaurant and could’ve enjoyed a view too. It’s a shame cause the hotel is actually beautiful. Another thing - the staff claims they don’t reserve beds and that it’s first come first serve but there will be towels on a bed for 1-1.5 hours before a guest actually shows up. This hotel is not worth 1250 euros a night. If I can offer any feedback to this hotel: give the influencers a designated space to do their photo shoots that don’t take up the entire restaurant / pool view for the rest of us. Hire more staff for the pool so you can increase profits. Maybe remember when it’s a clients birthday and make an effort to make them feel special or even WISH THEM a happy birthday.

This is an exceptional luxury hotel! Our experience is that it was rather pricey, but we booked the Cave Pool suite and it absolutely lived up to our expectations! Magical! We stayed for a week and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were so kind and responsive and made us feel attended to at every moment. They helped me arrange a special birthday surprise for my fiancé and they helped him arrange his proposal!! Yes, we got engage this trip! The buffet breakfast was out of this world! Lunch and dinner options are a bit pricey but yummy, so just be prepared for that. The shuttle service to town was such a huge and appreciated help. Other than the bathroom light going out and needing to request to have the mini fridge to be replenished, we had no issues with the room or hotel. The outside pool and day beds were magical! Drinks are a tad pricey depending on what you’re used to, but they are delicious. We were also pleasantly surprised that everything that was open and available along with the amount of people at the hotel, considering we went during a low season time. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the hotel smelled amazing!!

I’ve read many bad reviews on internet that I was about to cancel my reservation. But in the end, our stay was more than amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was to die for and my favorite thing was the pool and the sunset. We even got a free upgrade to spend one night at the diamond villa which costs 10k/night. Truly an unforgettable experience. Worth every penny and will definitely come back with my family.

The gem of Mykonos! If I could give it more the 5-stars I would. The best hotel. The best atmosphere. The best sunset view of Mykonos. The best food. The best service. What more could you ask for?! Right from the start the hostess, David, made us feel at home. David is so friendly and such an amazing person to great guest. The food is out of this world. The fresh fish, the tasty prawns, the yummy asparagus, the delicious desserts and high end cocktails/wine! Kosmas was such a wonderful server. Very personable and super fast service! Anytime we needed something or a suggestion he was there for us. This is an absolute must for anyone visiting Mykonos! The manager, Nikos, is super friendly as well and is running this place to a tee. The highlight of our trip!

Cavotagoo is a wonderful hotel with helpful, friendly staff, lovely western views, great infinity edge pool. Unique bar - all one long aquarium. Hip scene. Lots of instagram selfies being taken at sunset. Attentive wait staff.
