Nice place, and great location!

I had made a reservation at the Midtown Pritam for 3 nights using an online travel booking website. I inadvertently made a mistake and booked for 3 nights in March instead and prepaid the full amount for the booking. The mistake was realized when I tried to check in the required date ! Calling the online booking site turned out to be no help as they basically said “ no date change, no refund!”. That’s when Mr Jaywant of Hotel Midtown Priam who was the guest desk ***ager put on his Super*** cape and started making calls to get the booking corrected. It took about ten minutes but he got it done without any additional charges or hassles. really appreciate his efforts ongoing the extra mile. The hotel rooms themselves seem to have been recently renovated and are very comfortable and adequate for solo travelers or couples. Location is amazing with lots of shopping/ dining options within walking distance. Mumbai is a city that never sleeps and yet the rooms, bed,mattresses and sound proofing was so amazing, I needed to set an alarm to wake up! This will definitely be my go to,place for future Mumbai visits

I had checked in at the hotel at ११.३० am on २४.१२.२०२३. Their restaurant was non operational as it was under renovation and the corridors looked grimly lit and initially hand towel and one bath towel was not in the room . While booking it was not clarified nor was it on their site that their restaurant is not functioning . Also normally , stay with free breakfast is provided . However , not so at Preetam Midtown . Also I checked out of the hotel on २५.१२.२०२३ , ६ hours earlier and requested the ***ager if he can consider giving me a discount considering that there was no free breakfast and no restaurant either . He didn't show this courtesy and seemed indifferent and non eager to help. Stay Not recommended till their restaurant commences.

The hotel wears an oldish look right from entering the building to going to your room. There is a rickety elevator that takes to to your floor. The corridors are so narrow that you can hardly stand if you spread your hands. The room (No 106) was okay with a carpet and queen bed. But when we entered the room, there was very bad odour of somebody having just smoked inside. We pointed it out but they just sprayer room freshner. The bed linen fortunately was clean enough and not stinking. The indoor unit of AC was making a big noise. There was no provision of tea/coffee maker. There was no breakfast. You have to order it through their service boys. The checkin and checkout process was smooth as we had booked through MakeMyTrip. Overall, the hotel is okay for a short stay due to its location, close to the Dadar Central station. Our stay at the hotel was just for one night that too we reached late at 1.30 am and stayed till 11 am.

Called the front desk for a room booking and to my surprise the person answering was very unprofessional and rude. For a moment I thought Oyo employees sound much more professional then this person. Let me not name him as his career might be put at risk but the ***agement should make a note of it and I had a tough time in simply enquiring about a room booking. He was rude, unprofessional, not ready to listen and arrogant.
