The Paradise by Tunga

We had a flight at 4:30am so decided to stay near airport to catch some sleep before we head off to airport. It was a quick stay. Loved the hotel. Check in was smooth. Rooms was clean and bed wad comfortable. Fresh and clean linen. Rooms have fan and aircon (that’s what I like). Would stay again if I have a chance. Plus point is Ganga restaurant is right in the hotel, cheap and good.

Had a worst experience with the hotel staff where when I travel to Mumbai I always book in this hotel initially it used to so nice place to stay but today I am very disappointed with the new staff who denied the early check-in we reached Mumbai by 7:00am i called the hotel and spoke to the reception person explained the same they said to please come we will accommodate but after reaching the hotel even after waiting till 10:35 they didn't give the room and said if you pay extra we can or else it can be done by 12pm only if they would have informed me earlier i would have paid and got it but after awaiting for such a long it doesn't make any sense. Please guys if you want to go there be careful they might try to charge you extra. They don't even have the courtesy to f****** apologize also they don't provide any responsable person phone number to complain about it. I am never ever visiting this place again. Excellent in every respect - I have fond memories of dining at Tunga - both international and paradise ever since my programming days in Seepz. Years later, I had the occasion to stay here for a night and I was pleasantly surprised with the fit for purpose value prop of the place. The reception person Mr. Shankar was very prompt and proactive and gave us the room by 9 am. Considering that our check out the next day was 4 am, we really felt blessed by this gesture. Food is excellent, room service is fast, and the room has everything one needs in. a business hotel. Thanks Tunga for the hospitality.

Was there for couple of days on a business trip last week. Nice boutique hotel. Nice clean rooms. Very good food at room service. Nice location of the property. Breakfast can have more choices. Overall Good Experience

good location. very pleasant staff. Its a good hotel to stay and the staff and the cleaner (Firoz)are very friendly to the guest. That is a nearest hotel to visit nearby vashi railway station. Have a good day.

Nice ambience, comfortable rooms, fragrant hotel premises, doesn't feel like you're in Mumbai! Amazing experience plus food taste so good. Overall a recommended place, well connected to highway, airport and market.

The stay was amazing, no complaints at all. Services were on time, staff was very polite. The food was very delicious and the bartender was very friendly. Overall it was a very excellent stay. Can't wait to visit again.

Been stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall experience was Excellent. The room was nice, bathroom with bath tube, breakfast was good too with some choices of Indian food and dessert. Close to the airport its about 20 minutes if the traffic is good.
