The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean. There's a slight language problem, but we were able to figure it out.

Staff is always nice and try to be helpful. Sometimes the language barrier can be difficult but they try their best to understand.

Stay for 3 days, room was never cleaned, hallways had the same paint peelings on the floor all 3 days. No clean sheets or towels for the entire stay. On day 2 our entry cards were deactivated. And had to be reactivated As we were packing getting ready to checking out , housekeeping knocked on the door (while she was eating something) and asked if we needed anything. Horrible experience. Terrible stay.

House keeping never went inside to clean nor deliver clean towels nor bedding,

Rooms were not well kept (cracks in walls, rusty towel holder), towels had stains, 1 mirror in bathroom which made getting ready for 2 people difficult & we woke up to a cockroach on our food.

The room was large with microwave, hotplate, refrigerator, coffee maker and convenient ice maker and vending machines close by. However, there is no elevator to the second floor. Lighting was marginal and I had to climb up on a small couch to turn on a floor lamp. Only one bed lamp for the king bed. Limited outlets to plug things in.

They gave our room away before we got there and were stranded without a place to sleep. Will never use this chain again.

So expensive and no clean. The hallway stinks all the time, roaches, no friendly service (administration) no elevator so if you have a big luggage have to dragged upstairs. Quality and maintenance is 0.

We arrived late at the hotel. The establishment was humid, damp and had a over bearing order to the hallway and room. We tried to turn on the heat to help with the chill and it started smoking and set off the fire alarm. In the morning we went to the desk to let them know, and for a different room. The lady at the front desk sent the manager to the room to fix the heater, he brought a new smoke detector, we tried to explain that it was the heater, he said it was fine nothing wrong. We checked out and went to a different hotel.
