非常完美的體驗，隨行導覽的工作人員都很親切，還有一位會説中文。導覽從徬晚5點半開始到10點結束，第二天早晨7點開始到9點半結束。行程緊湊，又是在還未對外開放的時間段，感覺動物園為私人開放。住宿環境雖然是帳篷，簡單但不簡陋，洗漱沐浴都很方便。

Brilliant behind the scenes visit, with really knowledgeable staff on hand to guide you on the evening, night and early morning walks. Comfortable accommodation and great food in the most beautiful surroundings plus a fully days access afterwards to revisit your favourites . Highly recommended

From the moment you arrive you are made to feel extremely welcome by the exceptional staff they have. The stay included interaction with animals and finding out much more about them. The guides, hospitality staff, volunteers and others make sure this is something to always remember. The displays show the animals in their natural habitat and each and every animal is extremely well looked after. Meals were great and plenty full as too were the beverages. On the day of check out you have the opportunity to spend the day in the zoo.

I would like to give a 'shout out' for the guides of the Roar and Snoar- Trish, Bel, Carol (and others). They did an excellent job. There was a big group which included a large number of children. The guides were patient and kind and attentive to everyone in the whole group. I cannot thank them enough for the work they did. Based on the behaviour of the children I suggest that parents make sure their children are the minimum age as the children certainly did not make the experience better unfortunately. Full marks to the guides who divided the group to ensure we had the best possible experience. We had a great time and would have given full marks except for the presence of the children which was not the fault of the zoo. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly and available. The accommodation was suitable. The sound of seals in the night as well as other animals added to the experience. People should be aware that there is a fair amount of walking- again managed well by the guides. The views of the city from the zoo were amazing. The catering was plentiful and nice. I would recommend this experience!!

We loved our experience. So much better than I had hoped and my 12 year old and 21 year olds enjoyed it as much as me! The close up encounters were the highlight and also being able to walk around at night.

This was such an amazing experience, I 100% recommend! The staff were so knowledgeable, super friendly and were willing to answer all the questions that I had. The behind the scenes were amazing we fed the giraffes and got to sea a seal up close. It rained heavily the whole night and even so the staff made it so enjoyable and we did not miss out on any of the activities. Finally, the view was breathtaking. I could not recommend this trip more highly.

To be able to 'glamp' overnight at Taronga Park Zoo listening to the lions, tigers and chimps while admiring the city skyline is brilliant. Add the copious amounts of good food (entre's, dinner, breakfast), knowledgeable and genuinely friendly guides, rich collection of exotic animals set in a lush, tropical harbourside zoo setting and this is an experience you won't forget in a hurry.
