location is good,2blocks to the main shopping street. No coffee machine or kettle in the room, 2 bottles of drinking water is not Complimentary.

這個酒店外表像宮殿一樣，獨具一格。酒店裡的飯店提供的飯菜好吃而且價格合理，讓我們留下了深刻的印象，值得推薦。

Hotel com excelente localização e com funcionários prestativos ao extremo. Eu recomendo.

O Hotel é extremamente bem localizado. Fica a alguns metros da 18 julho com casa de câmbio (com as melhores cotações que encontrei no Uruguai) bem próximo. Fácil acesso de ônibus, o ponto se não me engano está a menos de 100 metros. Café da manhã é muito bom, as opções se repete muito, porém bem gostosas. O banheiro deixou um pouco a desejar com aquele modelo com banheiro embaixo, pode ser perigoso para idosos e bem desconfortável para mim que possui 1,81 de altura. Alguns dos travesseiros estava cm um odor forte e simplesmente ignorei ele. Ar condicionado não funcionava tão bem, demorava muito pra gelar quarto. A cama, eram 2 camas de solteiro emendadas o que atrapalhou um pouco o conforto. Classifico de regular para bom. Pois a localização foi fantástica. No geral indico para pessoas não muito exigentes e que vão tirar os dias para passear e aproveitar a localidade. Se você precisar trabalhar no quarto não indico muito.

Le desayuno fue bueno. La entrada al hotel es muy bonita las habitaciones estan bien para el precio aunque en el baño habia olor a pis. Tuvieron muchos errores en las reservas. Habiamos reservado con un mes de anticipación, confirmado por telefono antes de llegar, todo venia perfecto. Hasta que llegamos y no dejaban entrar a mi marido y mis hijos. Yo aún no estaba en el hotel, pero ya habia avisado que yo quien habia hecho la reserva llegaba con un poco de retraso. Tanto los email y las llamadas previas no sirvieron para nada, ya que no estaba la persona que me atendió, se ve que hay poca comunicación entre las personas que trabajan allí. Al momento de reclamar se pasaban la pelota entre ellos. Luego logramos que nos dieran la habitación y resulta que al entrar habia 3 jugadores de futbol, que también a ellos les habia sucedido igual, habian encontrado alguien en la habitación. Nos dieron otra pero en vez de triple , doble. Dormimos muy mal ya que eramos 4 en dos camas. Luego de un viaje de 14 horas. Pero nadie nos logro dar una explicación ni solución

Reserved a room for 3 adults and 2 children, they would not honour our reservation saying the room would not accomodate the baby and that we would need to book an additional room. After arguing for 30 minutes, they finally let us have the room.

We didn’t feel this is a 4 star property…more a 2 star property. The good was front desk staff was helpful and friendly at check-in and check-out. The bad was having issues with the shower/tub not draining well, and dimly lit bathroom due to a light bulb out. The hallway doors are cheap hollow doors and make a lot of noise when opened and closed. Overall the rooms could use a renovation! Also, The restaurant was closed upon checkin and it was only 7:30pm. We did sleep pretty well since it was a long day, but it was not all that sound without my white noise machine on my phone. I would not recommend if you are expecting a 4 star property.

Our room had an internal view of the air conditioners, but we didn't spend much time in the hotel. The room was clean and well kept. Beds and pillows are firm, but comfortable. Bring earplugs, though, (which we always do) because the walls/doors aren't as insulated as US hotels. They have a designated no-parking area in front of the hotel so that Uber rides were easy to get into and out of. There were lots of restaurants/activities around the hotel and were easily within walking distance. Enjoyed the breakfast, Hot scrambled eggs and ham, warm mini-french toast and waffles. Cold cuts and cheese, fruit salad, pastries, quiche, and a wide selection of juices. They also had hot milk at the coffee station and a bowl of chocolate powder to add to the milk or coffee. The neighborhoods around the hotel looks rundown by US standards, with litter and graffiti, but that's not really specific to this hotel, it's pretty widespread in the downtown area. Reminded me of the more industrial areas of European cities and very much like San Francisco. Enjoyed our time there and would return, especially for the price.

Location was perfect for walking to major points of interest. Front desk staff were excellent and helpful. I was surprised to have to pay for 2 bottles of water from the refrigerator - no mention that it was a chargeable consumable. All and all an excellent stay and highly recommend !
