Fantastic spot, right in the heart of downtown. Came for the Senior Bowl and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Nice bar on the top floor as well.

Everything is clean and this is a nice. There isn’t much parking and the property is dated. A good, clean place to stay overall. I will stay here again.

We had an excellent check-in experience. A very nice man helped get our things to the room and couldn’t have been any friendlier. The room was really clean!! The toilet handle was broken. We were able to take lid off to flush. We let them know upon departure.

Business trip to Mobile—easy access to the convention center, restaurants and shopping. The hotel is very roomy and comfortable/clean with a lot of amenities like onsite restaurant and Skybar. Two negatives: no morning coffee unless you wait and get a table in the restaurant. In room coffee isn’t good anywhere. Second negative is the parking. Only a handful of parking onsite and then you have to fight for paid parking along the street or across the road in the parking deck. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but it was storming. Otherwise we are repeat customers here and the staff is awesome!

I booked 2 rooms for a 5 day stay. The party for the second room was unable to get to Mobile due to weather conditions in Boston and flight cancellations. As a result of my friends flight delays and cancellations, I decided to leave 2 days early, thus losing two days cost on my reservation and the entire cost of the 5 day stay in the second room.

I liked the hotel because I am from there and I have stayed there before. I didn’t like the smell of the hotel, it’s not enough fresh air in the hotel.

Staff was excellent. We stayed o the 16th floor. It smelled like varnish. Noisy night. It sounded like furniture was being moved around.

Everything was nice and clean. Restaurant served an awesome angus burger and there is bar onsite if you just want to hang around the hotel.

Lobby is gorgeous! Check in was easy and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is big and bed is very comfortable. Shower/toilet room is small but the sink area is a good size . Parking Lot is small and very hard to find a spot to park. The restaurant in the lobby has good food. The wait staff is so friendly but service is slow. Overall I highly recommend this hotel. The location to area restaurants and convention center is great. Can walk to everything and seems safe.
