マイ プレイス ホテル - ミズーラ モンタナ(My Place Hotel-Missoula, MT)

Was a very good location for our travels. Convenient and good Parking area. Will definitely book a stay there again

They charged me for a room that had already been paid for!! Ok, the staff here were extremely nice, but they seemed to be having some issues. I pre-paid for my room in full, but they took my card for incidentals( no big deal) and then proceeded to try to charge me again for my stay. I went down a few hours after checking out and addressed it. They corrected the problem quickly and the charge was removed. The next morning I checked out and after leaving town I noticed they’d charged me AGAIN!! I called them and addressed the problem. Again the girl behind the counter was very apologetic, and told me her manager wasn’t there yet, but they’d fix it. It’s been 24 hours and the charge is still there. Other than that, the hotel and rooms are clean. This is a basic hotel with no pool or spa. A good cheap place to stay if you just need to sleep. They obviously need to work out some kinks in their front desk though. Watch your bank statements!!

Convenient hotel, very quiet and comfortable. Rooms were clean. Close to everything Missoula has to offer

The hotel was nice for the money. We had to switch rooms because the TV in the first room didn’t have any volume whatsoever. The room was clean but, has large burnt spots in the carpet that were like hard plastic that had been melted from the iron. The mattresses were too hard and uncomfortable. The staff felt it was okay for them to park in the handicapped parking spaces even though they are not handicapped limiting the spaces for the handicapped guests.

Very nice place. Clean, easy access to I90. Parking room for truck and RV. I would stop again.

Reception person was not at the front when we arrived. We called and she came quickly but spent our entire check in on the phone with her son. My husband asked about coffee early and she said it would be there. The coffee wasn’t ready and the early desk person didn’t speak to me until I spoke to her. The hotel itself was very nice.

Thought breakfast was included. Surprised it was a purchase and out of the store, not hot like most hotels.

Nice and convenient location in Missoula, not far from interstate but not too close, either. Lots of dining and other shopping locations within a minute or two from the hotel. Staff is friendly. Hotel is well maintained. It is a good value.

The location is ok, if the window is open the freeway noise is prevalent, otherwise it was quiet.
