Staff was helpful and friendly, room comfortable, breakfast fare was the usual free, unexciting items. Overall a nice property, will stay here again

The staff was very friendly and room was clean. The pool was out of service, which was disappointing as it was part of the reason we picked this hotel instead of another one and they didn't even offer any off the room.

This Hampton Inn is in very bad condition. The furniture was nasty to try to sit on, plus the bathroom floor was sticky and the shower had mold on the shower floor as well as all around the shower door. I did not even use it. The bed was very hard. I could ge on and on.

Like the location. The room requires maintainance. Housekeeping staff needs to pay close attention in keeping the basic necessities ready.

This hotel was very clean & bright and the workers were very friendly. We stayed 3 days andceach day, the breakfast was a little different...which wascalso nice.

Check in was very quick and the hotel seemed in great condition. I absolutely love the colorful floors in the hallways! Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and I appreciate the fact that they had refillable shampoo, conditioner and body soap available in the shower instead of wasting the little travel size items. The breakfast was pretty good and had lots of options including omelettes, biscuits and gravy, assorted cereals, muffins, etc. Overall it was a great stay and very quiet!

The customer service was great! Even dealing with a new system, she was very upbeat and she talked to us the whole time, apologizing for the delay and just being truly genuine.

By far the best motel we have found on route 66, very clean and tidy, amazing staff who are only too happy to help, quiet in the room and a great area too in Miami. This will be my 1st choice if I’m in the area again
