The elevator didn’t work and we had so much stuff to carry up the stairs; we asked for help but it never came. There was no body wash. One of the TVs didn’t work. bathroom was not clean enough. Didn't like the sandwiches as the bread was too stale. Definitely didn’t want to stay another night; please refund my money.

Front desk staff not friendly at checkin. No bar soap in the room. When I went to the desk they said it was being delivered by truck and they would bring it to the room. They never brought the soap to the room.

We spent a little extra because the photo showed a suite with a separate room from the seating area and it listed that the seating area was separate. When we got there it was one giant room and they hug a curtain to separate the couch from the beds. The curtains were motorized and the buttons on the wall didn’t work so they never went up. There was no soap for us to wash our hands in the restroom. Breakfast was great if you didn’t have kids. It is very healthy and kids won’t find sweet cereal or even normal waffles. The shower got a little warm but not even as warm as you’d wash your hands. When we told the front desk they didn’t seem to care.

Home2 is usually my go to because I travel with pets and my priority is to get a good night sleep because I’m driving across the country. I don’t ever have any issues and it’s always a great stay in general. However, this specific stay and location was horrible. The sheets had obviously not been changed because of the smell. The restroom was not cleaned, so much so that I did not even bother to use the shower. I couldn’t get out any faster. For an almost $200 night stay for about maybe 6 hours, it was very disappointing. I would not choose this location again.

It would have been perfect if he noise from the A/C-heather vent was not so noisy. It sounded like crickets, maybe some wires are loose.

Lobby was nice. Hotel had good reviews. I wasn’t worried about cleanliness. However, Our bathroom needed not just cleaned but power washed! Bed didn’t appear dirty but didn’t feel clean. Carpet in living room area was filthy. (Room 101). Could be such a nice room. Breakfast was decent with lots of options. Staff was beyond friendly. Won’t be staying again however.

Tub wasn't clean, mirror was dirty, outdated all around. Towel holders in the bathroom were broken and leaning out the wall.

Everything was wonderful. Our only complaint was we wanted waffles and the hostess would not add to the empty container with 1.5 hours to go during breakfast hours. Otherwise the food offerings were good. Definitely would book with Home 2 Suites again! Encountered front desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff which were all very pleasant! Way to go management!

It was a good location right off the highway. When I showed up to check in, no staff was to be seen for over 5 minutes. When an employee did finally show up, didn't seem to concerned for me waiting. There were also no luggage carts available and didn't really seem to care that there were none. Blanket and pillows and linen for pullout bed were all rolled up looking like they had never been changed. Once again the same lady at the desk was unapologetic and just took them all and said there were no pillows instead of offering new pillow case covers. I guess my point is, the lady working the front desk is terrible at customer service and doesn't seem to care about the customers very much.
