This is a beautifully restored building, clean, comfortable and full of lovely furniture and art. The food,bar and pool were all really nice. The staff were so friendly could not do enough to make our stay delightful. Hated to leave and hope to go back.

The property is beautiful, historic, boutique hotel. Right in the center of Merida. Inside is a peaceful oasis of elegance and calm. The staff were excellent, friendly but very efficient. Overall, throughly recommend this hotel and would go back.

What an amazing hotel stay - from the moment I arrived I was treated like royalty by the staff and especially Raul the owner. I cannot wait to return to this beautiful property in the best location of Merida.

This is a MUST stay Mansion if visiting Merida Yucatan. Great experiense from start to finish our stay, great food, great service, espectacular building condition and furtinture, all amenities and building options worked perfect… super clean and safe….this is by far the best experiense we have had visiting Mexico, thank you to all staff from all areas and levels.

Our rooms were very bad no hot water , toilet and sink was not drawing. Except the firing room every thing is a modern 3 star room , that was not shown in the website . Wasted money! Dining experience in the old colonial architecture was beautiful . We thought rooms were similar too .

Really great experience here! The little details like personal notes, a framed photo, and a visit from the owner during breakfast were really nice. They also accommodated me when I wanted to set up a note and champagne for my girlfriend. Only thing was that our room said it had a hot tub but did not. But we got over that really quick. Beautiful place!

This is a wonderful hotel. The hotel has the romance, grandeur, and visual appeal of an old colonial home, paired with amazing showers, comfortable beds, and unbelievably attentive service. We loved this hotel. And the location is the best in the city. All of the restaurants, shops, and museums are within easy walking distance.
