Staff was very stiff and it didn’t matter that I was ******* platinum, I had to show them I was entitled to an uograde and even though a big hotel that didn’t seem bust nothing was offered until our last night so why move then. No complimentary water, coffee anything, really? BTW - I contacted ******* for help and you were zero help with your chat bot and supposedly live chat. Travel is not what it used or bel. I could sacrifice amenity, but really appreciate respect of being good well travelled customer. Oh well.
