M ドゥ ムジェーヴ(Hotel le M de Megeve)

The staff at Hotel M were wonderful. They were very friendly, efficient and attentive. I had to rearrange my departure date but the taxi company I had booked my airport transfer with were unable to change the date of the transfer. I spoke to the concierge at the hotel and he quickly arranged a transfer for me. The hotel itself was magnificent and very close to the Chamois ski lift.

This is a fantastic boutique resort in Megève. Right in the center of town and steps from the gondola. But for sure the best of Le M is the service. Everyone was always helpful, friendly and very polite. We were always very pampered.

My husband and I had a very nice stay here, the service was excellent, the staff were so welcoming and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Our bedroom was very comfortable and slept very well. Breakfast was superb, lovely fresh fruit including berries and the croissants were devine. Location is great, just a short stroll to the shops and restaurants. A great place to visit, feeling relaxed & refreshed !

Tiny rooms and bathroom, spa is ok for a private chalet, but not for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast could be better Very good location, just close to the main walking road Staff was very helpful and tried there best.

We keep coming back to this hotel as the location is excellent. The staff are all excellent and very helpful. Very clean rooms and although a little small, the location and high level of service make up for it.

Be very wary of this hotel before booking. My wife made a cancellation over the phone within the allowed period and because of the hotels inept administration it was not acknowledged and now she is thousands of dollars out - the hotel cannot admit it's own mistakes! Judging from the other comments here there are plenty of examples of this really poor service happening in other parts as well.

If you are looking for service expected in a cheap hotel located on a highway, M Megève is your choice. It is certainly my worst experience ever. How professionals can deliver such a bad experience nowadays?

Fantastic service from every single person. The concierge before we arrived, the reception on booking/welcome, bar team, breakfast/restaurant team. The room 401 was cosy but spacious with a decent view from the balcony. Food was really good quality - we had breakfast, ate at the bistro and my son had crepes as Apres ski! Great location about 3-4 mins walk to the Chamois gondola. Did not want to leave! It is expensive but you get what you pay for and this was top notch!

I traveled almost all over the world. This hotel is really unique. Cleanliness, regular employees, everything is clean, the most important thing for me is that you really feel the peace in this hotel ,
