The location of the hotel is very convenient. It’s close to Provenza and lots of restaurants and shops. Staff are very friendly. The cleaning lady Diana Abreu was very nice and helpful. She did an amazing job making sure our room is always clean and tidy. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Haven Staff!

Great hotel. Everything nice. Great pool and breakfast. A little overpriced though, and only one elevator, the worlds slowest, so coming and going takes time

This place was great, I have been to Medellin 9 times and this is the first time I have stayed here. Met the owner (Terri) and what a great guy, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back soon

this is my 4th stay at the haven hotel...love the breakfast & especially the breakfast staff!!! Miquel at the front desk is the man very helpful with anything!!! I lost my phone the second night so my trip started out the way I planned...I stay two weeks twice a year in Medellin absolutely love the city!!! pros: great location walk out the front & ur right into the action, Provenza is two blocks away with every food option imaginable, Parque lleras is a 3 minute walk with several bars & restaurant's...the best nightlife its always popping!!! it rained every day so I ate at the hotel a lot the food is awesome...was the chef is cool as hell!!! I'm so bad with names but the whole staff is friendly from the front desk to the cleaning crew to the wait staff!!! The food at Gato in Provenza u can't go wrong absolutely delicious every time!!! the shower is wonderful, bed is very comfortable, balcony is definitely well worth up grade...definitely will be back until next time be safe & my God bless all!!!

The hotel is not what you show on your page when booking. It’s a hoax, the photos on your page show the true big and comfortable but in reality the rooms are very small. My vacation was more expensive than I should have since I had to go to another hotel and make a new reservation. They didn't want to give me my money back and I think it was the fairest thing to do.
