We would like have more cleaning service in the hotel and better cuisine also ☺️

We had Absolutely fantastic stay at Maritim hotel! We had junior suite room which was spacious, well decorated and very clean. We had a half board as we usually travel during the day and it was perfect! They have quite few restaurant to choose from we managed to dine in 4 of them and the food was absolutely divine. There is lots of Activities you can do some are included and for some you need to pay a bit extra but there is always something to do. We absolutely loved the little farm, especially the tortoise ❤️ Beach area was absolutely amazing. Plenty of space and service at the sunbeds too. And the best part is all the staff members!! They are all super nice and nothing is a problem. We loved Kavita, Namarq, Paolo and many more unfortunately we can’t remember all the names. But credit to all you staff as they make the place super special. Thank you all for an amazing stay and we hope to come back one day ❤️

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing us with utmost comfort throughout our stay. The staff, especially Mr. Deven, the Assistant F&B Manager, was incredibly attentive and ensured that all our needs were met promptly. We had a wonderful experience. The food was superb, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Mr. Deven, the Assistant F&B Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Looking forward to returning soon!

Had a relaxing stay at Maritim resort. Appreciation to Mr Didier for his cheerful attitude & excellent service. However, not enough waiters and waitresses in the restaurants. We did not appreciate animation on staturday evening especially as a mauritian client. Animation was mostly for the tourists.

Our first time in Mauritius and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The Resort was excellent with a great selection of restaurants, A Spa ( used by my wife), 9 hole Golf Course (used by me) , The Balaclava ruins, pools and a fantastic beach etc. The rooms were spacious and were kept exceptionally clean by Ramsing the Maid. We tended to use the restaurant on the beach La Marée and always had fantastic service especially from Ishwaree. Jay looked after the Suite beach area and always provided fantastic service, he just knew what you wanted next. Jeffry was excellent in organising anything you required and making sure that you have the best experience while at The Resort, we will definitely be returning.

Fabulous big room overlooking the sea. It had all amenities that you require in a hotel room. Daily clean up is done well. The gardens are enormous and the hotel has a waterfall within its compounds. Too many stairs for old people and no toilet within the main restaurant is a deterrent. Food variety was basic at the buffet. Interactions with the staff are minimal and cannot recommend any specific person. No animation during week days and evenings can be quite boring.

Hello I am owen esther (chef yann) from room 306 , this resort has absolutely remarkable customer service approach, i would highly recommend this 5 star hotel, very good management, very proactive. I would like to thank all the staff members : mr antish, mr kumar, the f&B manager and specially the 2 golden gifted chef "mr shubash (la maree restaurant) and "mr vishnu" (banyan restaurant) also all the waiters and barman who did their best to make our stay wonderful. Very nice hotel with excellent lush vegetation and clean room. The tip of the iceberg is the excellent food and service at the maree restaurant by chef Soobash .warm welcome by fnb Mithun and Rakesh.All the ladies waitresses were very welcoming and helpful.
