Avoid this place at all costs. When I checked in, the room was still dirty. There was dirt stains all over the comforter, the bathroom was wet and dirty, and the toilet didn’t flush. They sent a guy to fix the toilet and it took over an hour. Then, the keycard to the room stopped working. They had me sit in the room without electricity, which also means no AC, for over an hour while they “fixed” the card. It never happened. The key stopped working a second time, when I came tl back with some takeout food. I asked if I could sit by the pool and eat my lunch while they fixed the card for over an hour again. They denied me bc “no outside food is allowed by the pool”. WORK WITH ME HERE! I literally had to get someone from the front desk to open the door for me every time I came into the hotel bc the key never worked. On top of all of this, the hotel offered me ZERO compensation. Not a move to a room with a key that actually worked, no upgrade, no free meal, absolutely nothing. Worst customer service experience of my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

The room was nothing like in the photo. It was small for the price I paid. It did have nice hot water shower. It was quiet. The front desk gurl was very polite and helpful. I would stay here again if I could have the room in the photo.

Swimming pool was out of order should have charged less. One of the trasons I picked it was due to the swimming pool. Its kind of false advertising

GREAT & THE ONLY PRESTIGE HOTEL IN MASBATE! I arrived last July 13,2022 and from the airport it took me 5minutes to reach the hotel. I was greeted v.well by the staffs. Impressive! Then after a quick check in and or registration I was also assisted going to my room. The weather is light humid yet the property cools me down. Great room and v.fast internet, complete amenities. How I wish they finish constructing the pool for their MINI WATER ADVENTURE and get their 4star hotel rating. I will definitely go back here in Treasure Island Hotel Masbate and stay (forever). BRAVO to Svc Team & Mgt
