The worst hotel experience. Did not have our reservation when we arrived. Front desk was clueless how to fix. Had to call ******* to resend confirmation. Got a room that we think had not been occupied for a while. Cable did not work. Remote did not work. Coffee pot did not work. I figured out the cable and returned remote and coffee pot. Remote still did not work. Coffee pot replacement did not work. We would have left but prepaid and not have time to find a new hotel. We only had the room cleaned one day, our choice. Only one of the beds were made when we returned. When we checked out, they were saying that we had a balance for the days we stayed even though we prepaid. We got the bill figured out, but will never go back to Comfort Inn
