我是一個人去的因為有潛水行程，酒店很美，服務真的超好，記得我的名字，還記得我喜歡吃的早餐雞蛋的做法，每個人都很友好，我都沒有給小費，房間裏的毛巾也折成了可愛的小動物，我住了三晚都捨不得離開，我可能是當時入住的唯一亞洲面孔，每天的自助餐也很美味。

酒店餐廳服務非常好，人員很熱情，飯菜也是我在埃及的這些酒店中覺得最好吃。但前台服務感覺太死板，不夠靈活。當時我抵達酒店已經是下午五點，我定的房間是基礎房，因為是2大2小，所以説這個房型不能入住，要我取消訂單，重新下單家庭房。我問能否直接補差價，升級房型，告知不可以！衹好找攜程客服，取消訂單，重新下單，這樣一折騰，直到6:30我們才入住。要知道，當天我是逛完帝王谷和哈布城後，直接從盧克索包車過來的，已經在車上坐了5個小時了…重新定了家庭房，另外繳了一百多美金的税費，第二天又打電話叫我補交25美金。通過翻譯軟件交流，説這筆25美金是因為我的房費不是直接付款給他們的，所以他們從平台收取房費時，還會產生25美金手續費用，這樣需要我承擔..好吧，我又補交，不明白為什麼昨天不一次性收取？攜程服務是真的好，必須贊一個，我打電話過去迅速響應，幫我處理，還給我補了差價！

It was so so amazing :)))) so friendly and interest here!!! Food was delicious. Rooms, pool, etc. was already clean. I come back !!!

Excellent hotel with a 5-star service for all facilities. A special mention to the animation, who was present all day but not excessive, very friendly and extremely nice and kind with kids! We appreciated all activities proposed and also the evening shows!

Wonderful holiday. Our children used the mini club all alone, even our 4-year-old for the first time. Soo took care of the children very professionally and provided them with fantastic activities. Also evening animations at a very high level. We recommend

The service was on high quality, from reception to beach service. Only one thing which was a little bit worst, are lot of people from the new hotel, who are going for diving. They disturb the silent in costa mares. Big traffic due this reason also in the sea... boats, etc...

The room has the comforts we need but the garden view isn’t really as we expected . The food is various and good, cocktails are amazing!! The animation team is really nice and entertaining. The beach guard is very attentive and looks after you. (We saw many turtles and sea cows!!!!😍

Arriving in the hotel with no luggage due to system failure in Brussels . No welcome drink or refreshment after a terrible journey . No assistance whatsoever or proposal to give a kit with toothbrush , shaving material and so one . Even no telephone charger available to borrow in order to charge the phone . After 20 years of Egypt in some of the best hotels this is a big disappointment . So whenever you go to Egypt choose a hotel you know and take some essentials in your cabine luggage as well . Alain de Bondt room 6202.
