The check-in experience is smooth and fast. The front desk and porter staff are great. Great location if you want to explore the food at the malls around Makati. Everything's great, except the housekeeping staff named Karl. He managed to annoy us, ringing us every morning and asking what time exactly we were going to vacate our room. Asking us every time if he can collect our dirty laundry, forgetting to mention to us that there's an extra charge for the laundry service. We have to mind our vacation schedule to fit Karl's. But on the positive side, I admire the hotel for hiring persons with disability. Karl's Asperger's behavior is fascinating and annoying at the same time. I hope all hotels will have an open mind in hiring more staff like him, and a reminder to me as a guest to be more patient and considerate towards PWDs like Karl.
