Rogers Hotel Manado

住了一週 總的來説很舒適 房間非常乾淨 做衞生的小哥每天都幫我們打理得好整潔 儘管我東西都是亂放 他們也很有耐心的擺整齊咯 空調也是新的 沒有噪音 夠涼快 前台服務都相應及時 對我們都很熱情 有需要幫忙的都是有求必應 每天門口還有幫開門和歡迎你的小哥 就是熱水對我來説不太夠 兩三分鐘後就冷了 但是發現東南亞國家都沒有熱水 很苦惱 還有就是這邊雖然離大商場很近 但是的的士有點難叫 要等蠻久 忘改進

It was an amazing stay, clean and comfortable room, amazing breakfast and amazing staff. The staff was always smiling, caring and asking if we needed anything. Bonus: very good internet if you need it for work or else. I recommend it 100% if you’re planning on staying in Manado.

The room was very comfortable. Hardy helped us to check in when we arrived shortly after midnight. Breakfast was very delicious. The staff are delightful. The pool was quite cold so I didn't swim long. I'm not sure about the proximity to town but the view from the restaurant deck was amazing.

Good food, good ambience, the service was great live music was cool. Thank you for Sera, Jusak, Eduard, Bonny, Randy, Bryan, Faiz, Timothy and all of the FB dept that already serve my family. We are so happy to choose Rogers Hotel Manado to celebrate our Lovely Bianca’s birthday 🥰🫶🏼

The room where I stayed was spacious and clean, unfortunately the view from the balcony was terrible and there was only one chair, not even a sofa (for a not exactly cheap deluxe room it's really too little). There is no hairdryer in the bathroom and if you want it they give it to you on time. The staff is helpful and well trained and the restaurant service is impeccable. The worst thing is that it is marked as a non-smoking hotel, you sign that you cannot smoke, but then in reality they smoke. So for those like me who are allergic to smoke stay away from this place. Location far from the centre, very small car park and not sufficient for the capacity of the hotel.

The Hotel was great,,,,,,, the staffs was friendly,,,,, ,, very helpful and Axlia is very talented,,,,,,,,, full of knowledges and SPEAKING ENGLISH SO WELL......... Its a shame your kitchens so small for dayly operations, towels very unpleasant smells

The staff are great and facilitated cleaned. Nice restaurant and good food. especially for a one restaurant staff “Axlia” she is the kindest of all. She recognized her guest and welling to help. Her English was great. She patiently helped me to understand some of the restaurants menu items because I couldn’t speak Indonesian. Not must bi-linguistics staff but Axlia was great.

Great value hotel in the heart of Manado. Really great breakfast and Bianca was very helpful the rooftop setup is very good and the restaurant has a simple but great menu. Front desk was also very informative and the guy from Peaky Blinders extremely professional and knowledgeable. Only downside was that they neither had baileys or *****nis despite being on the menu …. Oh well next time I guess.

The service is good from the front till restaurants. Breakfast have many choices for me and the children. We love the spacious and clean room also the pool to play with. The security helpful with the parking. Thank you for your warm welcome
