The receptionist folks might had an error regarding the booking and they kept on nagging me to either rebook it or leave. Booking was from ******* India. They were somehow confidently blaming it as my mistake. Very cheap behavior!! Since I am a tourist I didn’t have a better phone service, only when I personally from their main phone called ******* and kept it on speaker and got re assurance from *******, they were somewhat convinced. I literally had to hide from these folks till the ******* call went through.

Basic clean hotel for a one night awaiting transfer to islands. Extremely helpful staff. Free airport transfers. Clean room, comfortable bed. We did not get to try the breakfast since we at to leave at 0530 am to catch flight to island hotel. Would stay again

If you are looking for a stay at hulhumale? Do come to this place as this hotel is located very close to the city areas and shops. The best thing you will find when you are here are the room's with a beautiful view and the people who are there for you. I'm looking forward for the next stay soon.

Hi guys whoever wants to visit this hotel please beware that its a big scam hotel they show you fake covid positive report and force you to quarantine more than 15days stating reasons of county rules and scam you big time each night. Also they don't provide release documents on time giving silly reasons and charging you per night. Plus food is like garbage staff is arrogant basically its like jail where you are not permitted to go out of the hotel without release documents. Guys please beware of the hardtime they give with unnecessary isolation no food no medications no TV l in the room. Hope it helps You can thank me later.

Average stay and hotel, but worth for paid money. The room is clean and the required items are available in the Room. The staff is excellent and very prompt. Good choice for Solo and budget travelling.

location was easy to get to, with airport pickup and drop availability it got wven easier. room had no view unfortunately, neither beach facing nor street view. balcony was a joke. basic, just about breakfast. staff was helpful and friendly though. had extra green tax of $6, thought everything was covered already.

Received prompt and friendly communication almost immediately after confirming booking. Arrived at hotel which has a welcoming style and feel. Greeted and assisted very professionally by Jaishan on arrival with continued follow up and support. Room provided clean with amenities provided. There's a coffee shop downstairs which provides lovely coffee, super addition to the hotel with breakfast also included as is free airport shuttle thus saving additional money. Wifi has been strong (yaaay) so far and the hotel is convieniently located to many restaurants, shops and also beach. Definitely a location I'd be more than happy to recommend either for short transit stay or longer period

1.我們原先在hotel.com訂的飯店出現了問題,晚上到馬列機場時才知道我們並沒有訂房成功,當天在機場島看到這間的接送人員,想起評價也不錯,馬上請其他人幫我們找到他, 他知道狀況後也隨即幫我們做查詢.詢問和預訂,告知我們還有房間,並且報價給我們,價格很ok. 整個過程中不斷請我們安心,露出親切的笑容,並先帶我們到機場一處休息,他才繼續去接待其他旅客. 對於在外地遇到突發狀況的我們來説,真的很感謝當天人員給我們的親切協助. 2.接待大廳明亮温馨,房間整齊乾淨,浴室備品香味還不錯,很舒服 3.早餐也很不錯,簡單豐富,雖都是一樣的內容（蛋+熱狗+麪包+茶或咖啡+現切水果）,吃完還是很滿足的 4.附近有許多工地,很多旅館正在興建中,但是並不會吵,也不會讓人感覺危險,很安靜. 我覺得能看到當地風光的感覺也很棒,但應該也會有人不喜歡 5.第二天我們想到首都馬列走走,可能是看我們很不熟,工作人員又剛好有空檔的狀況下,旅館安排車子免費接送我們到搭渡輪的地方,是額外的服務,很謝謝他們 （單趟,回程我們自己從搭渡輪處搭計程車回來） 6.走路2.3分鐘就能抵達一個安靜.美麗的當地小海灘,推薦吃完早餐可以去晃晃

馬爾地夫的國內航班延遲是常有的事，而且通常不會知道延遲多久，從小島回到機場島的班機時間與國際航班的時間怕接不上，所以選擇在機場島住一晚，因為有多的時間，還從飯店坐計程車到港口坐船到馬列逛了四個小時，覺得住機場島是中轉最好的選擇。
