タイムズ ホテル マラッカ(Timez Hotel Melaka)

The hotel is new and modern in design with 1 minute of walk to Jonker Street. It has a tiny lift that can fit 2 person at one go, you need not worry of carrying your luggage to upstairs. The room has an Arissto Cafe Machine, an electric kettle, an iron with iron board, hair dryer, mini fridge, TV and Aircond. Most impressive thing is, the bathroom has a big rain shower! I really love this rain shower and the shower, the water is strong and I really enjoyed taking a fast shower. There are many power plugs, even one of it came with USB point, which I never came across for a small hotel like this. Although everything seems to be perfect, but a heavy downpour almost wet my luggage as the water was running in through the windows and water was scattered around the flooring near to the windows. We also find the mattresses are too soft , we have to woke up early due to backaches. Nevertheless, the hotel also offered complimentary breakfast to room guests, even though it was not included in our booking; we didn’t take it as we wanted to explore more local food in Jonker street. Overall, I do recommend this hotel to my family and friends (especially ladies) to stay, and hope the rates is not going up too high.

Located right at the heart of jonker street and has very pleasant and professional staff (Ms. Victoria) who made our 4 nights stay a great one. Breakfast are made freshly every morning; 6 choices to choose from. our family of 6 had the popart and clip-clop room - both are clean and tidy. we were on the same floor and there is lift and stairs access available...the entrance are only accessed via key card for hotel guests - which is secured and we prefer so. it is also convenient as there is a slope at the front office/lobby, and is easy to park your car for a while and unload/load your bags/luggages easily. Parking wise, though there is no private parking here, there is a huge public but manned carpark just around 100 meter leisure walk away where you can park overnight if you need.

Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Just the room floor and toilet floor is a little bit sticky. But overall is clean no dust. Location is super convenient got a lot of local food store. We go on Saturday night time got Pasar Malam. If you want to chill with a beer can go riverside got many bar surrounding.

位置很好，就在景區。不過房間和設施實在不值這個價，中文服務不存在的，低於如家水平，除非你是要湊合一晚，否則不推薦。

For couple trip just great. Boutique hotel near with everything. Tourist place. Worth it just my coffee machine not works but who cares because we stay there for jongker night walk. But for couple with 1 kid not recomend our room maybe other room okay kot sebab katil queen. Tp for couple 5 star.

The location of the boutique hotel is very good. Family room is big and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definately be back again if we r going back Malacca.

Last week, I received an email to leave a review for the hotel. I wrote a reply email to your manager, Ruth, to explain the below-mentioned situation to her. Till date, I have yet to receive a reply for the matter. I have written in twice to customer support on Trip.com to request for the staff to negotiate with your hotel on free cancellation for the 2 Standard Queen rooms booked (for 1 night, 19th - 20th March) as my family and I got into a chained accident on the expressway on our way to Malacca. Our family car was badly damaged both front and back and we were unable to continue on our trip to Malacca as we need to lodge a police report, arrange for our family car to be towed back to Singapore and see to insurance claims.  The staff at Trip.com got back to us with disappointing news that your hotel rejected our request for free cancellation of the 2 Standard Queen rooms booked even though it is not no-show on purpose but due to an unforeseen situation.  My family and I are very disappointed with the non-understanding and non-empathetic approach taken by your hotel and staff with regards to the situation we had been through. If you require us to leave a review after what we had been through, it will definitely not be a positive one as (i) we did not even get to stay at the hotel due to the accident; (ii) our cancellation request due to valid reason had been rejected twice and (iii) we're paying for hotel and services that we did not even get to experience.

It is a comfortable room. The food and the service are satisfication.
