Chỗ ở đẹp tuy nhiên có muỗi và khách sạn cũng không có màn. Thái độ phục vụ của lễ tân rất tốt cảnh quá đẹp các đồ trong phòng mới rộng tuy nhiên dọn phòng và bảo quản cũng không kỹ lắm

위치가 멀리떨어져있고,택시회사번호를잘모르고 언어때문에 호텔측에문의해야하는데, 너무 비싼가격으로 왔다갔다했다.이호텔 가장나쁜점은 호텔에 타운까지 셔틀도없지만 그걸이용하여 타운까지나가는데 편도로인당180k!네명이면 720K인데 하노이에서 마이쩌우까지 리무진타고 920K온걸생각하면 너무비싸서 ,이걸가지고 장사하냔 생각든다!물론 바보같이 그걸타진않았다! 그리고 수영장 풀바도 안하고, 직원도없어서 불편했고, 화장실도없어서 방으로 다시걸어가야한다 이두가지만 개선하면 다시가고싶다! 조용하고 평온해서 힐링이되며, 하노이 근교호텔중깔끔한편이다.하지만 유리 테이블에 먼지가 많았다. 리셉션에 직원들이 좀더 친절해야하지않을까?

If you want to experience the true beauty of Mai Chau, this is the place to be. The location is simply breathtaking and the staff is incredibly supportive and welcoming. Stayed here for 2 nights - more than enough in my opinion. The food was a bit expensive and given the secluded location of this place there were no restaurants located in the vicinity. We thoroughly enjoyed the bamboo raft ride here - what a great experience. Also recommend hiking to the Go Lau falls - about 5 km from the resort. Can also cycle if you are used to cycling on slopes. Loved everything about this place ❤️

So relaxing. The views were excellent. We weren’t there for a long time so I didn’t get to enjoy the hideaway to its full potential. There is not a lot of food around the hideaway so plan accordingly- organize restaurants in the morning for dinner, ect. The area is pretty isolated which is part of the appeal.

I have been here with friends last week. Amazing experiences with so fresh asmospher , air here. We was so enjoyed the room very clean and profestional servies. We had order foods for dinner and loved sharing together. Staffs are nice and friendly too. I had a small lovely gift from man at reception desk. We will come back soonest

The Wonderful view of the lake gives the mediocre stay memorable. We had a beautiful spacious executive room that had all the necessary accommodations. The food and beverages were expensive and below par compared with the delicious meals we had on our trip. The services especially the personal laundry was way too expensive. Luckely we had a bath tub to wash it ourselfs. We went to the resort to relax from our adventures the days before and that's what we did, and what we think is the only thing you can do here. However relaxing is sometimes difficult when you can hear your neighbours whisper through the paper thin walls. To end positive, we had a good stay thanks to the great view and the good weather.

Beautiful lakeside resort, such wonderful staff, cultural dancing and entertainment l for a fantastic time. Highly recommend this place. A great night of kareoke and dancing. A romantic location. The individual cabins are luxurious and rustic

A dreamlike spot on earth. This accommodation is really an insider tip. Everything was well maintained, the rooms were clean. A mixture of authentic and modern. Just the way I love it! My every wish was fulfilled! Thank you Jacob ;) Only thing I have to complain about: Something needs to be done about the mosquitoes. I was getting very bitten. A mosquito net over the beds would be highly recommended. I can recommend the accommodation 100%. Jacob the manager and Mrs. Vinh and Mr. Thuc as well as Mr. Quan are especially noteworthy. Mr Quan was just everywhere. In the restaurant and then suddenly at the pool bar. So hardworking!
