コンフォート スイーツ ランバートン(Comfort Suites Lumberton)

このホテルへの私の訪問は平和なものでした。レストランはホテルの近くにありました。私が提案する唯一のことは、家政婦が芳香剤を使用する必要があるということです。私の部屋はゴキブリのスプレーのようなにおいがしました。

I am not one to complain. I have only given 1 other bad review, and we have stayed in multiple different hotels through out the year. We love to travel. We only had 2 towels in our bathroom. My husband went downstairs and ask the front desk for a towel and they told him they didn’t have any towels. Their excuse was the past people that stayed there steal their towels. Well duh buy new ones to replaced the lost or stolen ones. The shower had mold growing in it, there is no water pressure at all. The comforter on the bed had what I am hoping red stains on it. I didn’t notice until this morning.

The staff are wonderful,very friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent service and welcoming .

This is our top hotel for our stay with our beagles when we are traveling up north. However on this stay our shower was not cleaned. There were hairs in the shower and the housekeeper left their cleaning products in the shower.

Property have roaches and pet hair on floors. Pet friendly hotel but does not keep it clean for stay. Coffee maker is in bathroom. Needs work.

The room we checked in had a blocked toilet and it did not flush, luckily we tested it before using it. We requested a room change and staff were friendly and faciliated that. Breakfast was horrible. We only stayed for one night.

Very nice hotel, in a quiet area, don't have to listen to trucks on the highway like some other hotels too close to the interstate. Will be back.

2 cockroaches in the bathroom. One I was able to squish, one crawled under the sink area before I could get to him

We always stop here on our annual drive (and back) from NJ to FL. It’s clean, reasonably priced, allows pets and the bed is very comfortable. Decent breakfast. Easy on/off 95, friendly staff. Only complaint this visit was that there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. It was odd because we’ve never had that issue before, and the hotel was much less crowded than it has been on other trips, so no idea why they would have run out of hot water. But overall, highly recommend for a pit stop on a long drive.
