one parking spot to check in and find another parking location, but employee assumed I was headed to a room and did not belong there. I told him I was looking for parking so I could free up his check in space. He just said he had no more rooms. Not once did he greet me with any consideration or apologize for assuming I had no business there. I actually had to convince him I already had a reserved room. He wasnt even going to let me in the lobby. Once signed in, he wanted to tell me again how I could not park in the coveted parking spot. Really? this again?
Room 202 did not have a secondary lock to protect persons on the inside. Another card key would have provided access to anyone at anytime.
