ハリウッド ヒルズ ホテル(Hollywood Hills Hotel)

這沒有front desk 所有check in手續都得在網上完成，找房間也找了一陣子。我們分配到了一樓的房間並沒有陽台，但基本上還是能看到一些景色。外面security 說有免費早餐但我們沒有找到，也沒有任何告示牌。但以地點來說靠近環球以及好萊塢等知名景點算還不錯

Big rooms, reformed new in a old building but with character! Customer service was super friendly and helpful; we had quite a few requirements. Great view of the city

Dont let the pictures deceive you. This place is terrible. The rooms are run down. Access into the gated area is so hard to get into. The rooms are old and carpets is worn and stained. The glass in the front was cracked Bathtub is peeling and smells. Dont be fooled. Its secluded up in the hills and had to ask where the hotel was. The only good thing was the AC unit.

They have a beautiful location but not walkable very isolated. Not welcoming at all the only options to check in are online when you don't have wifi as we travel using wifi not purchasing an extra plan for the us as we have never needed it until now. I was very sick and needed a drug store and couldn't speak to a person as there is no front desk for assistance in any way. We have never experienced this and don't ever want to again.

The view was very nice. There was a small kitchen to use and a restaurant right next door. Communication was done through text and that’s how you’ll receive instructions for checkin/out and digital key. Staff was very nice and answered fast when we had questions. Overall nice place to stay and clean. Would come back

It was ok, good position right up in the hills. Small balcony which was ok but the whole property just needed some tlc. The parking was extra and the pool was out of service which we had not been advised (we were compensated). Great restaurant next door where you could have a beer overlooking Hollywood. All in all it was ok just a little extra work could make it wonderful

Overall, great experience. Clean and great AC. The outside of the hotel looks suspicious and a bit damaged. The shower handle was hard to turn. I would definitely stay again. Overall, nice and good service. Thank you.

There’s no lobby on site. Check in was a mess. I paid for early check in and they didn’t have anything ready. Had to keep going back and forth over text. The digital codes didn’t work and had to wait for new ones. The “restaurant” isn’t part of the hotel, it’s just next door. The hotel is on a crazy hill with so many stairs to get to the room with no elevators. Carrying luggage up 4 flights of stairs that wind up hills was not fun. Never saw an ice machine.

Great views and location. Room 303 smelled horrible. The exterior, while mostly hidden, is not appealing. Won’t stay again.
