I had an amazing stay here! Friendly staff, good food, clean rooms and a great pool/hot tub! The location was great. Plenty close to beautiful beaches!

Very nice hotel, comfortable mattress, kitchenette, clean, great pool and jacuzzi, onsite restaurant secure, friendly staff and thankfully pet friendly as we are traveling with our miniature schnauzer.

I was quite satisfied with my stay at Hotel Santa Fee. The property is on the older side and could use some revamping here and there, but I prefer older and not so perfect yet with a warm ambiance to new and slick and cold and impersonal. What makes this Hotel are its employees who are super friendly and service oriented. They are indeed creating a warm family style atmosphere making one feel welcomed. And Secondly, the cleanliness of this establishment is quite impeccable. And I had the very best pizza in a very long time at the Hotel’s restaurant. Thank you Hotel Santa Fee for a very pleasant stay. Muchos Gracias!

The location is quiet and rooms are big and super clean. Staff are welcoming and it's walkable to the Malecon and Zocalo🤗

Great stay at this location. Friendly atmosphere and great rooms. The staff are exceptional and will go out of their way to help in any way. Please, go through the hotel and book, you will save a lot in the long run. Ask for concierge, Jorge, for outstanding service.

The hotel is OK, but the single rooms have a door between rooms, and that makes them too noisy. You can listen to everything form the next room.

We had the a/c on and the property decided to service on the AC at midnight, without warning any guest. A very strong smell went to our room that woke us up. It smelled like stong chemicals and diesel fuel mixed. We called the lobby and they did accommodate to move us to a different room. We were moving our kids and our things at 1 am. The AC did not work in the new room. The next morning we were talking to other guest and they had the same issues.
