The hotel needs some refreshments. The reception first question was have you ID . I didn’t know I was in USA. The lobby where we were sent to smells of mouldy cabbage & cooking Greese . The lift doors rattled on closing . No information about hotel at all .
Had to go back to reception to find out where the breakfast room is through several doors . Not given a choice of breakfast told I had booked a continental breakfast was not given a chance to choose what I wanted in continental break fast cupboard laid out reasonably well ,toast must of been bought out of a bargain store with only one side working.Glad not to many people wanting toast . The consiage vertical wast of time .
Showed to lift to our room with the smelly lobby ! Room reasonable but needs updating. In all it’s a second class hotel trying not very hard to be a first
Will not be going back . Not a good experience.
