Very clean apartment. The staff were REALLY nice and helpful. The location is also great - Liverpool Street is a major transportation hub, there is a drug store (Boots) in the same building, and a supermarket (Tesco Express) in the next building. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was very quiet at night. The living room was huge. Our entire family had a great time in London, thanks to 196 Bishopsgate and their great staff!

Was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the 2 bedroom apartment was and that it had a fully equipped kitchen. We also liked that it was across the road from Liverpool station, which was quite big and serviced many differently lines, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood is quite lively at night so there is noise, but the proximity to restaurants and Spitalfields Market made up for it.

The property was great however we had little bit of difficulty with checking in and the size of the room! We were three adults and was expected to have at list room with queen bed and sofa or three beds and we find out that we only had one queen bed! Which is inconvenient for us. I have to pay extra to get another bed to be papered. ******* & the property can do better to accommodate triple room when you allow us to book for three adults. Other than that difficult the property was amazing and the staff was great!

This property was not as advertised. It is very run down. The ******* ad indicates that the property has air conditioning, it does not. The apartment only had 2 windows that opened about 12 cm (7 inches), one in each bedroom. The windows in the main room did not have opening windows. The furniture was tired and run down. The bathroom was full of black mold and the shower partition leaked. On the good side, the place was huge. The kitchen was very useful and reasonably well equipped. The location is great — bus and tube are readily available and there was a lot to do in the area. The staff were helpful and did what they could to help with the heat in the apartment (fans were provided). I would not stay there again.

Elevator was out (I have a feeling its always out) and it was 3 long flights of stairs for my son who has trouble with stairs for health reasons made worse by a full day of walking around the city. Listing the apartment on *******/Hotels as a 5 person suitable room and then charging $70/PER NIGHT for a bed for the 5th person was a little irritating when coupled with the broken elevator. No a/c for hot summer nights makes the place REALLY hot, but probably not a problem for most seasons. Lots of mold on ceiling in bathroom wasn't a selling point either....good location across from Liverpool station though.

The staff was very nice and accommodating and the two bedroom apartment spacious but it was dirty and smelled very unpleasant. Very close to a major Underground station which was convenient. Also enjoyed Eataly across the street.

A very spacious apartment room in a convenient location. If you like cooking, this place is good since It has enough kitchen equipment and a supermarket (TESCO Express, which is rather big as an Express). One warning is if you commute by Elisabeth line, although the train station is just across the street, you need more than 10 minutes to reach the platform since it is very deep.
