Plaza on the River London

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Dirty and dated. Empty packet of croissants left in a drawer, rubbish and mess outside my hotel door, tea and water not replenished. I requested someone to fix my twin beds into a double, this never took place. Never again

TEN WITH HONORS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Attention to the guest at exceptional levels - Luxury, cleanliness, technology - GREEN philosophy and very little plastic does it a lot of credit! - excellent food in infinite variety at breakfast served in a panoramic restaurant directly on the River Thames - silent spa, sanitized and sanitized continuously Together with all this and many other details that made my stay at the Plaza Riverbank remarkable, I appreciated the efficiency and professionalism of Mr. Anis at the reception regarding a resolution aimed at a total satisfaction rating of my stay for work reasons . The staff is impeccable in every way. Great experience and I highly recommend it.

It's a very good hotel, well placed and the staff are very welcoming and professional. I would also like to thank the front of house manager, Mr Nebioglu, who very quickly sorted out a booking problem. I will return to this hotel soon.

I stay at the Park Plaza Riverbank often and it's always a great experience. The rooms are immaculate, sometimes with an amazing view of the Thames. The amenities are top-notch and the facilities are always perfect. The staff are super welcoming and always super accommodating, particularly Cheryl. She's the front of house at breakfast has been great, very friendly and always makes sure to look after me as a regular. She always greets me with a smile and makes going to breakfast a delight! Also to Simone, the customer service manager, who has been very accommodating with requests and been great to interact with!

I had the most incredible experience with the lovely simone who accommodated myself and my physical needs after explaining my complex health conditions via email. My room was stunning with the most lovely personal welcoming touches. Simone is a credit to the park plaza team at the riverbank and i really don’t want that to go unnoticed!

April 2024 My stay at the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel in London was absolutely delightful, much of which I attribute to the exceptional service provided by Simone. She was not only incredibly kind and attentive but also very pleasant to converse with. Her ability to make guests feel welcomed and valued truly stood out during my visit. Simone's exceptional service deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated and capable of elevating the entire experience to such a high level. Because of her, I will definitely be returning to the hotel in the future. Her professionalism and warmth have made a lasting impression.

We had a lovely time. The room was amazing and the view was breathtaking. Customer service was amazing and we loved the kids pack for the kids and the kids entertainment room was a good distraction for the kids. The breakfast was very good though sometimes the wait for a table for breakfast was long. The room was cleaned every morning. Simone was very nice and friendly both to us and our kids. She made sure we had an amazing time. Proximity to London zoo etc is a plus. We will definitely be coming back

Had an amazing stay here, It was my first solo trip to Europe, so was super anxious to come to London on my own. I had a horrible journey on the tube there but was met with so much warmth and welcoming energy from the Guest Relations Manager Simone Strnad when I arrived. The room was really nice too. Was only in London for a short while but was blessed to meet such a kind spirit. Will defiantly be coming back when I return.
