We left today from 45 Park lane with a big smile and satisfaction of this top level hotel and staff!Spend two nights in London Suite and had views for a lifetime!When you think for Dorchester and high hospitality level people then here it’s the place!I need to thank the GM and Director of Gues Experience Alina they are both amazing,i can’t thank them enough!They tried so hard to have everything settled and do make our anniversary with my wife!I do need to thank all members of staff too!Thanks God there is still professional work in hospitality!Until next time

A well-decorated, modern, top-level place. A bit of a walk to central Mayfair but great park views. Both restaurants are terrific, CUT is great for both formal and everyday dining, and the Sushi bar is a must-do at least once. Service is impeccable. Period. Nothing to improve. The rooms are very large, modern, well kept and offer a view to the park. Many places claim to be a home-away-from-home but this one is. Have we found a competitor to the Connaught?

This hotel overlooks Hyde Park so it's quite expensive as you would expect. But the room we had was a great size with a perfect view of the park. Everything about the room seemed new and/or recently updated. Heated bathroom floors. A shower as good as the one in our house (extremely rare for us). Very convenient control of everything in the room from the touch screen on the phone. Friendly staff. Extensive room service menu with pretty quick delivery.

Our family of 6 including 4 college age kids had the privilege of staying in the 3 bedroom Park Lane suite. We were treated with amazing personalized service by the concierge staff , housekeeping and spa staff. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the concierge staff and Bjorn Rydder. What a welcome we had with champagne and personalized tour and Bjorn had such friendly personality and helped us immensely. The rooms are amazing - large and modern with windows and great technology and a spectacular view of Hyde park and kept immaculate every day by a very thorough housekeeping staff. . The spa is beautiful and although I did not get a chance to use it, Mary warmly welcomed my husband every day as he enjoyed the sauna. She made sure he was comfortable and enjoyed his experience. The vibe is so relaxing and serene and he would often go twice a day. The concierge team is top notch including Gisella,Serena, and Elisa who made sure every need my family had was addressed. This hotel has a 5 star concierge team. And lastly the food was delicious. We had breakfast daily and Raffaele our host made sure to spend time talking and joking with us and that we had everything we needed. He is truly a blessing and what a great way to start the day. 45 Park Lane is truly a magnificent hotel. All of the staff remember every guest of the hotel and treat people with such warmth and care. My college kids loved the hotel and location. We usually stay at the Corinthia when we come to London but now we will only be staying at 45 Park Lane. A 5 star hotel with such an amazing and caring staff with modern and luxurious rooms and spa and in an unbelievable location. Don’t stay anywhere else !! A gem that you will truly appreciate.

This is a very good hotel and lounge bar. I think this is where the old Coffee Place used to be. I've always wanted come here as it is the best coffee shop in London. The interiors were plush and the staff discreet. I ordered a pot of coffee with biscuits. They were delicious. Park Lane is very oriental as we have the Hotel Intercontinental on one side and the Dorchester on the other. The Hilton Hotel which is in the middle finds favour with Asians as well. I have stayed at the Edgeware Rd. Hilton and had coffee at Claridges, Dorchester group of hotel as was this hotel and coffee shop owned by the richest man in the world Sultana of Brunei. We have a Coffee Place in Dhaka, Bangladesh but it is not as plush as this one. The speciality being it was self service as the service station restaurants in this country that being a novelty in Dhaka in the 80's.I had a lovely cold coffee there which I never did in England.

Booked for 1 night to celebrate our wedding anniversary which didn't dissapoint, wonderful welcome by Katie on arrival who informed us our room wasn't ready but gave us the option to spend time in the spa while waiting, my wife had a swedish body massage which was very good while I spent some time in the pool & spa facilities where we were offered drinks which were very nice. On arrival in our room the hotel provided a free cake to celebrate our anniversary & bring us 2 glasses of Champagne which was a really special touch we very much appreciated 😀 The room is spacious with everything needed to ensure your stay is as expected. Only improvement would be firmer pillows in the very large bed. There is a tablet in the room that covers every facility in the room & how to explore London, there is an error where it states there is a TV in the bathroom which is incorrect. We had breakfast in the morning where the menu carried a range of options where we chose the 42 breakfast which was very nice.

We had the most magical stay at this hotel with service that could not be beaten. The staff were amazing, friendly, warm, efficient the list could go on . Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. This combined with such elegant, stylish and comfortable surroundings made this one of the best over night stays I have ever encountered in London . A must try

Took my wife to the Dorchester for her birthday and had a truly wonderful experience. Mihail was particularly helpful and attentive in providing us with the highest level of customer service. Went above and beyond to cater to our alcohol and pork free diets, as well as my nut allergy. Will most certainly be retuning again at some stage.
