房間很寬敞很安靜，位置很棒！早餐也很棒！

המלון מאוד נקי, שירות החדרים טוב מאוד. החדר שלנו היה גדול יחסית למקובל בלונדון לא לקחנו ארוחת בוקר כי יש אופציות טובות יותר בסביבה. במקרר יש כמה חטיפים ופחיות שתיה כחלק מהמחיר. המלון נמצא כמה דקות הליכה מתחנות התחתית.כמו כן מאוד קרוב ל london tower ו tower bridge

Hotel rooms were clean however our breakfast service and food was shocking only 6 of us in the dining area altogether all other tables empty, food was brought out to us at all different times and the food wasn’t warm, when mentioned they said they were understaffed but with only six people to cater for and three members of staff in the dining area clearly this wasn’t the case, wouldn’t return after this issue

Room spacious clean and quiet. Only fault was breakfast. No buffet breakfast, ordered each item separately and priced individually. Worked out to over £37 for 2. Service rather slow too.

Lovely room. Shame that there was no soap near the hand basin and one had to reach into the shower to get soap. In these days of needing to wash your hands as you arrive this was a shame. We did mention it to reception so they could do something about it. However on returning to the room no change. Otherwise a great stay and we would recommend.

Our stay at the Indigo hotel was underwhelming. The room was clean and we appreciated the complimentory drinks, however the room was cold even when we set the temperature at 32°. My partner attached her phone to the thermostat and at that point we figured out why the aircon wasn't functioning correctly, the filter needed cleaning. It's also worth noting that the TV is in an awkward position which makes it difficult to watch from the bed. We paid for breakfast which was okay but the restaurant felt understaffed only having 1 member of staff. The room was missing a box of tissue, we asked at the front desk and was given one it would of been nice to have a box already in the room. On the friday afternoon my partner called room service and asked for water and milk but this never turned up. One last thing that is worth mentionting is I received a phone at at 08:11am on the Saturday morning, I answered and it was the hotel front desk asking if I had checked out. I was sat in the restaurant at the time of the call, it left me quite confused.

Really nice place to stay with bars and resturants in easy reach and easy access to londin transpirt.

Good location, 5-6 mins walk from two tube stations. Hotel and room are very clean as others pointed out. Room service and housekeeping were excellent. Breakfast was very good and I had purchased it in advance; choice of coffee, omelets and eggs made to order, buffet with fruits, cheese, ham, veggies, etc. We were very happy with the breakfast. Got a large comfortable room in the top floor and it was super quiet. They have two layers of separate windows so absolutely no noise from outside. Room size is above average for two people by London standards. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful.

Amazing hotel with lovely staff. However, if you decide to have breakfast they charge VAT (as well as service) on top! What other place does this? Was not impressed!!
