Premier Inn London Southwark (High St)

Nice room with great location 3 min walk to tube station and borough market

The hotel is located in central area and tower bridge is close by. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and professional.

I wanted a hotel in Borough (where I had booked an evening meal) and also wanted it to be a surprise for my husband's 60th. I had also booked a room for my son who would be coming as additional surprise so didn't want staff to let slip that my son would be coming too. Staff were brilliant - didn't let the secret out and also offered to and decorated the room with 60th decorations and gave us a bottle of prosecco (and remembered 3 glasses!). All without any prompting. They were friendly and helpful and hotel was clean and felt very relaxed and safe. Would definitely go again.

Just a quick review as I did an extensive one on this hotel last year. Very happy to say it is still really good, staff great and nothing too much trouble. They had noted our request for a high floor on the Shard side and this is what we got. We just ate breakfast once again and this was good too - this time we sat on the mezzanine level as there are fewer small kids and therefore it's less noisy. They let us have some wine glasses and an ice bucket for our wine from the Tesco next door. I think it says a lot that nearly all the staff are still there from the year before - why would they stay if it wasn't a good hotel and hospitality staff are ion great demand. Would recommend.

From start to finish our stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff, cleanliness, location, and service was amazing. We can not wait to return. If you want a comfortable sleep lovely breakfast and feel safe . Come to this wonderful hotel. Amazing 👏

I couldn't believe how central the hotel was, everything I wanted was within walking distance. It was very clean & smartly decorated. The receptionist was friendly & helpful.

I came to london for RCOG membership/fellow ceremony and stayed at Premier inn. It is truly a wonderful place and they had very cheerful and lovely staff. Food is also great. Nice place to stay and relax

Great hotel, excellent location. We stayed for London Marathon and it was a perfect location. Hotel is close to Borough Markets with loads of great places to eat, London Bridge Station, the Shard and loads more. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We had a huge family room, ideal for 2 adults and 2 teens. The Tesco on high street was great for all last minute marathon fuel!

A good modern Premier Inn, perfectly situated for sightseeing on Bankside. Better security measures than most Premier Inns with card codes on the lift and Mandy doors, comfortable new looking rooms, we even had an Nespresso coffee machine. Although on busy Borough high street, the room was quiet with decent windows. Breakfast was good, the area itself a bit on the small side for how busy it gets. It would be 5* if not for the entrance courtyard which seemed to be a hangout for tramps & local Herbert’s partying with their beers from a Tescos local a few metres away until all hours. Not sure if Premier Inn owns that courtyard but the only negative really.
