Our room was not clean and due to finding other people's items left behind in the room we felt unsafe.

First night of two wasnt great. No hot water, microwave wasnt plugged in and there wasnt an outlet close enough to plug it in. The next morning the elevator stopped in between floors. Luckily someone got it going again so we werent stuck very long. We had two rooms rented right next to each other. One tv had cable and the other was a roku tv that had limited viewing without streaming logins. Overall not a great experience but cant expect much for $70 a night per room i guess

The curtains were filthy a couple towels had brown spots and we had zero hot water on the 2 nd day. We had an event so we had to rent another hotel room at neighboring hotel to get showered and ready. No manger on duty do we couldn’t get any sort of refund

The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was below average, the parking lot was not snow plowed where you park so you had to step through snow until the sidewalk.

Overall it was a great stay but the property is getting to the point of needing some updating.

I don’t think I would give it a great review. They are short staffed and there were a lot of small problems. No TP in the men’s main bathroom downstairs by the pool for the entire stay, so all men had to go to their own rooms. Why can’t staff take care of that problem? No extra pillows in the entire hotel. Pool was freezing and hot tub jets were broke. Waited over an hr. for pool towels after asking for them since there were none in there ever. For breakfast, they ran out of eggs by 8 am and said they had no more. No bacon or sausage. They did have ham. Pretty run down place, but rooms were clean.

The front desk people were nice but our room was looked like it had been broken into before and the thermostat temperature wouldn't lower and it looked like the ceiling in the bathroom needed a serious cleaning . The pool was really cold and the hottub was warm at best. Not what it use to be but it was a place to sleep

They have done some renovation with the front which looks amazing. We have stayed here before and have seen the quality and condition suffer over the years. When we checked in we were given a different type of room than what we booked. This room was a handicap room. The room was fine but the shower was a walk-in with a curtain that when using water would pool on the floor. We had to use our extra towels to line the floor next to the shower so we wouldn't step in the pooled water and slip. The bathroom door was warped and would not shut unless pushed from the opposite side while closing it. The soap dispenser was loose and the soap would not stay on it. It was also very rough/ to the point of scratching your fingers when grabbing the soap and it was rusted, plus the level at which it was installed happen to be at my elbow height because of the tightness of the shower space and the placement of the soap dispenser I kept hitting my elbow. I tried changing the shower head hoping for a better spot to shower. This is affordable at around $90 a night and with the renovation of the front hopefully they will make their way to renovating the rooms in the near future.
