ベイモント バイ ウィンダム ローレル(Baymont by Wyndham Laurel)

Front door not obvious due to small door w/o drive under awning. Peeling/chipping paint in bathroom. Pool nearly empty of water (I know off season but looked bad). Breakfast not good; lady said there was more eggs and sausage cooking but never brought any out. No fruit. Had waffle irons and batter holder out, but no batter. Only whole milk. Room did seem clean and AC worked.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at got there was gonna take a hot shower after driving all day had no towels no one even had any idea where towels were not a good place the website a fake it looks nothing like it does on the web horrible place

The property is NOT as advertised online. It is old and not well cared for. The only thing decent was the comfort of the bed. I would not recommend this property at all.

Everything either looks dirty or is dirty or doesn’t work. I don’t know how this place stays in business at all. If I were with Baymont Corp I would revoke their franchise. Really pitiful.

This is a older property under renovation. The good.: Large room and bathroom with seating area. Quiet and well insulated from noise. Direct TV with lots of premium channels Above average breakfast and good coffee. Price is very low Pet friendly Surfaces clean Great staff Needs improvement : Jetted Tub covered in soap scum. (hint let soft scrub sit on surface for 5 minutes scrub and rinse) Great TV package waisted on elderly TV Chair and fridge broken Towels scratchy and scarce. $20 hand held shower please.

When I arrived on the property, there were potholes everywhere. There was nothing attractive about the outside. It was bland and unwelcoming. When I got inside, I was informed that they were only taking cash because their credit card machine was down. I had to leave to go get cash. The toilet was filthy and the tv didn’t work. I called the front desk about the issue, but there was no resolution. This hotel has really gone down and I was really disappointed.

No towels in room and back of lock was missing. Staff was not at the desk and had to wait for a while.

We were working in MS for a few days so we just wanted a clean, comfortable place to sleep and prepare for next day.. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The room had some cosmetic issues that needs repaired. Outlets coming out of wall, Outlets on lamps were very loose, Smoke/fire alarm wasn't attached to wall, Hole in ceiling around sprinkler system heads, Bathroom wall is damaged behind door near tub, Hot water didn't get hot in shower. All small things but when you pay for a room, It should be up to par.

The staff was terrific made sure I was ok interact as I come and go. Hate that the dryer was broken down and had to do our own laundry and provide our own towels but it was a pleasant stay.
