Everyone who works at this hotel is very nice, friendly, and helpful. They sent a shuttle to the airport to pick me up, even though I arrived late. There are some nice restaurants nearby, and the hotel offers both a decent breakfast and a social hour with drinks. Rooms are clean and spacious. I would recommend staying here if you're spending a few days in Laredo.

I’ve stayed here for years. Front desk is courteous. However, the hallway leading to our room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Dining area is small.

Pictures in ******* make it look like it’s completely renovated but the room was very old and dirty with hairs on the tub and in the pillows & sheets. It was kind of shady, would not come back

The hotel lobby floor was not clean at times as well as the hallways. It seemed they did not vacuum the floors. Overall the building feels rundown. The bathtub in room 210 was horribly patched and the ceiling had water damage stains. Definitely will not stay there again. However the breakfast was amazing!! That was the one good thing.

Good customer service, everyone was incredibly kind. Good breakfast options. Guests can be kinda loud in the morning and the sound travels easily but not something that kills the trip.
