Hotel with nice staff. Very good location. Possible to rent parking but there are also some places free of charge. Quite silent. Very good sauna and breakfast. There are many restaurants and supermarket also close to hotel.

Nice hotel in a excellent location in Lappeenranta. Friendly staff, good breakfast ja clean hotel. We had a cute small standard room with balcony. Bathroom was little outdated maybe. Sauna and bathtub in 5th floor was a nice bonus.

No Air Conditioning in rooms. Stifling hot. Otherwise, very nice, excellent and helpful staff, great location, good breakfast. Hotel is very clean. I would stay here again only in cooler weather or if there are rooms with a/c. Heat and lack of air circulation so uncomfortable could hardly sleep.

We liked the room, simple nordic furniture, neat and clean. Friendly staff. Good location very close to the harbour and the center. We did not like the breakfast: there was a nice choice of food but not very good quality. And no staff to clean the tables. We arrived 15 minutes before closing time and almost all tables were dirty with dirty dishes on top. It was not a pretty sight.

underground garage is quite small, but much appreciated during these winter months. Room was very good. Breakfast was open only to 9:00, which is quite early for me. But still I give 5 stars, overall very happy.

Bed was uncomfortable, value for money is low, needs total reno, breakfast was good. Location is good, rooms very oldish, air quality in rooms and corridors very bad, no air condition. I do not recommend.

One reason for thchoosingis hotel was location. We had in the evening lake cruising. We could avoid to drive thouht the center. You had apples in the breakfast. We had little problems to drive the car out of the parkinghall.

Mould in the seams of the bathroom wall tiles. The shower stank of sewage, etc. Shower cubicle so small that it barely fits one person of normal size. The sauna may never have been washed properly. Feet got stuck in the dirt on the sauna stool. Some brown dirt on the bathroom ceiling. Room otherwise ok, but in need of a more thorough clean.

Everything in order: cleanliness, friendly service, good buffet breakfast; excellent opening hours for gym, sauna and jacuzzi. As a small minus: I hoped my room would have been bigger, also I wish there would be offers for more convenient room prices.
