I didnt like the fact that the hotel lost power and the manager refused to give me my money back for the inconvenience of it being hot, no power, no AC. It wasnt like i was trying to get money back for the night i did stay, i was checking out early due to the power inconvenience and just wanted my money back for the night i DIDN'T stay! The manager on duty shoved my key card bak across the counter and said there was nothing she would do to help the situation. Not nothing she could do. I was so upset! Why not just allow me to check out and reimburse me for the night I didn't use??? Well needless to say, i filed a complaint! Just waiting on the outcome. No one should be treated in such a way because the hotel lost power with no backup generator!!
