ロケーション: ホテルはあまり混雑していない場所にあります。しかし、さまざまな観光スポット、レストラン、散歩道に近く、ホテルは日陰です。美しい庭園と海が隣接しており、良い雰囲気です。 部屋：コンパクトで清潔、金庫、ドライヤー、テレビ、お茶、コーヒー、飲料水、タオルなどの各種アメニティが揃っています。エアコンは涼しく、水もよく出て、ベッドは快適ですが、私は欲しいです綿球があれば、YouTube と Netflix を開いて見ることができるテレビが欲しいです。 朝食：種類豊富な美味しいビュッフェスタイルです。 スイミングプール: ビーチの隣には、大人用プール、子供用プールを含む多くのプールがあり、海で泳ぐこともできます。 その他: - レンタカーを借りてサムイ島を旅行したい場合。フロントのツアーカウンターが便利です。 - ホテルでは 1,500 バーツのデポジットが必要です。デポジットは現金またはクレジットカードでお支払いいただけます。ホテルで使わなかった場合は返金されます。

We had 6 nights stay with 2 small kids. The stay was defined by a lot of misunderstanding by managers. Unfortunately the staff moved us to another villa without informing us. The new room couldnt accomodate our sleeping demands that we explicitely afsked for. The room was brand new and smelled of painting.it had no charme. The manager seemed annoyed on us after. After one night we Got moved to the room we ordered - it was okay - however it is only cleaned every 3 days and we had a lot of small flies and lacked toilet paper… Also we had an error with the booking only having booked 1 breakfast- and instead of solving this the manager kept on pointing out our mistake. Also the manager told us several days that cleaning would come but when we came Home in Evening we arrived to dirty room. The facilities are good for kids with PLAY land and Christmas event. However the place has not the feeling of being in Thailand - Also it is located next to a noisy Road.

This hotel is truly comfortable. The room is spacious, well equipped with a fridge, safe, very comfortable beds, electric kettle, tea etc. and a clean and efficient bathroom. Aircon works perfect, not blowing on your bed. The view is stunning, the sea is right at your doorstep. Comfortable chairs on the balcony/terrace. In these Covid times, breakfast was an option but very limited so we chose to have breakfast out. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect and since it is very quiet all over Thailand, this usually crowded area was definitely perfect for us now. After we checked out, I left one drawer unpacked. I called the hotel later in the day and they arranged for the content of that drawer to be send to me immediately at no extra charge at all but the covering of the postal fee. Such a fabulous service!! Thank you Baan Bophut for a wonderful stay.

Overall, Lanna Hotel is a nice place for long-term stays, especially considering the great deals they offer for monthly rates. It is situated in a quiet residential area, although there may not be many attractions or amenities in the immediate vicinity. However, it is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive away from Fisherman's Village or Chaweng, where there are more options for dining and entertainment. The rooms at Lanna Hotel provide good Wi-Fi connectivity and boast beautiful decor. The common areas are well-maintained, and the staff, especially the reception staff, are very nice and helpful. They assisted us a lot when we lost our credit card, and they were accommodating to our every request. However, during our month-long stay, we noticed a few drawbacks that we would like to point out in the hopes that they will consider them and make improvements. Smoking: Smoking is allowed in every corner of the hotel, which can be especially annoying when sitting in the restaurant and trying to eat while being exposed to smoke. When we asked the waitress to request that people not smoke in the restaurant, they refused to interfere. We suggest creating a designated smoking area that is far away from common areas. Restaurant: Prices - The restaurant prices are significantly high. A simple Pad Thai dish costs three to four times more than in a regular thai restaurant, and they add service charges and taxes. Every meal cost us about 800 bhat for 2. Dishes - The Mediterranean dishes at the restaurant are not good. Coming from a Mediterranean country, we can say that the taste of these dishes is not authentic. We tried a few times and gave up. Plastic - Please consider reducing the use of plastic straws. Guests can request a straw if needed, and it would be beneficial to use paper straws. It would contribute positively to the environment. Impractical design - The restaurant and gym at Lanna Hotel have beautifully designed glass ceilings, which are impractical in sunny and hot Thailand. It becomes uncomfortably hot to fully enjoy the restaurant or gym. Please consider finding a way to cover the ceiling. Additionally, having a restaurant without air conditioning in Thailand can be challenging. Internet: The internet quality in the common areas is not good. It was difficult to work outside the room due to the heat, and the Wi-Fi that was often faulty. Since there are many digital nomads staying here and fewer children, we suggest converting the kids' room into a co-working space with air conditioning and fiber Wi-Fi. Activities: We expected Lanna Hotel to offer more activities for long-term residents or digital nomads. However, they only provide early morning yoga sessions. Therefore, we feel that there is not much added value for digital nomads staying here. Other than these few drawbacks, Lanna Hotel is a charming place with modern conveniences. We reccomend to stay here if the price is compatible, as there are other, more well located hote

とても広い部屋!バルコニーがあります!インテリアはとてもスタイリッシュです。エアコンはベッドを吹き飛ばすことなく設置されています!ホステスはとても親切です。快適なマットレスと頭!頭はタイのホテルにとって一般的な痛みです。しかし、このホテルはとても快適です!この場所も非常に成功しています。騒音から離れ、ビーチ、カフェ、7-11から3分。みんな近くにあります!私たちはとても満足しています!サムに行くなら、このホテルに泊まらなければなりません!

Had an amazing stay at the Bandara resort. We had room 146 which was great and the gardens were Beautiful!! Special shout out to Kitti , who is a fantastic host and made our stay extra special!! A lovely house keeper for our first week who worked very hard to make our room look amazing and smell Devine when came back after a day out. And Faye/kaye sorry I’m not 100% at breakfast she was lovely too. Special staff deserve a special mention!! We will definitely return! Great location to walk to fisherman’s village for great restaurants x 😀

Without a doubt this place is most definitely a hidden treasure on the island! We visit Koh Samui often and have stayed in numerous different places, but this by far has been the best experience ever! The resort offers an ideal location with a beautiful pool and awesome beach, stunning gardens and well equipped children's entertainment facilities and playground. An action packed selection of watersports is available too right on your doorstep! The food is fantastic with a wide variety of meals, both local and international and at affordable prices. The Owners and Management by far exceeded our expectations with no request being either too big or too small and the entire staff provided outstanding service from the Managers to the Maintenance/Garden crew, always smiling, greeting and going out of their way to assist. The rates are excellent and you definitely get way more value for your money than you can imagine. Rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are super comfortable! This hidden paradise is most definitely one to be remembered! We booked for a week, and 10 days later still had not left! ”Home away from Home!” and more!
