I thought thay every person from Compass Suites we came in contact with was pleasant, hospitable and helpful.
The only 2 issues we had were we requested in the reservation to have waterview 5 months in advance and the business office was not working for us to print boarding passes.
But the rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was perfect

The hotel itself is great. My review is only on how they treated guests when the tsunami evacuation alarm came on. The receptionist could care less about the worried guests and told everyone there was no need to evacuate. We had to get a taxi to take us to higher ground.

A new and well laid out hotel, which provided me with a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were comfortable and large and the internet excellent. Vehicle or walking access, both in and out was easy and convenient, as was the parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I have no complaints.

The property is a lot newer compared to other hotels. The room is clean and have a lot of amenities including a microwave and fridge. They do not have a restaurant inside the hotel but they have a small area to buy snacks and microwave meals by the front desk. There’s also a restaurant next door at the other hotel. They also have a lot fo parking available. Would stay again.

Great location, convenient to downtown and quiet, beautiful rooms, nice kitchenette but no caffeinated coffee (just decaf) and the room was mostly clean - random food (or something?) stuck to the cabinet by the trash can and on the chair. Lamp did not plug into outlet because the metal prongs of the plug were bent so far out of shape.
