Not the Hilton experience expected. Every single detail lacks luster. The bed was stiff and sheets not luxurious. The ceiling ugh. The door seal left big gaps, so you could see the light from the hall all night, and hear the hallway activity at anytime. Parking was difficult to validate and can trigger a personal ticket, not a parking ticket, if not accounted/validated correctly. Staff said a personal ticket could affect your credit score? Bad parking accountability. The layout of the room cannot be cured. Tiny bathroom. The furniture in the room and lobby look used, rehomed and didn’t flow. The staff seems to be trying their best with what they have been given to work with; not true Hilton quality by far.

Overall we had a nice stay. Our room seemed a little outdated, especially in the bathroom, but the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful.

Very clean rooms. However, the restaurant was less than desirable! I ordered fresh fruit and the strawberries were rock hard and tsted like tomatoes. My husband ordered had poached eggs and he had to send yhem back, nd they still werent made tight. Totally runny center and they didnt offer any deduction from the bill. Also, there is only microwave for the whole floor. For as much as they charge for a room, they can't put a microwave in each room?!

The Hilton is within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Nice hotel. Valet parking available for a fee. You can also self park for a fee. We arrived early and although there were rooms available, we had to pay a $35 early check in fee to get our room before the normal check in time. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Knoxville.

This is a convenient stay but there are other downtown hotel properties I’ve stayed at in Knoxville for less $ and much more updated.

Staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Very convenient location to everything fun and enjoyable. Will definitely come back again!

We will be staying here anytime we travel to Knoxville. It is close to everything downtown. Easy to get in and out of, all together very pleased with our stay

Nothing fancy but perfectly serviceable. Restaurant breakfast was not good but there’s Starbucks.
