Nice hotel beautifully located on a hill close to the Wilhelmshöhe Palace. The hotel has several wings where are the hotel rooms. From the hotel there’s a wonderful view over Kassel. The restaurant offers a good selection of foods, and has a extensive lunch buffet. In front of the hotel is a spacious terrace area where they serve foods and drinks. The hotel has its own Biergarten. The spa area is very nice and has a small pool, sauna and steam bath.

We stayed for three nights, everything was fine and the staffs were nice, but the WIFI signal in the room was pretty bad. By the way, they offer Covid rapid test kits (4.5€/pax) which did us a huge favor because we didn't know that a negative report is a must when checking in.

Leider bestätigten sich die negativen Bewertungen bezüglich der Sauberkeit, die andere Gäste im Internet hinterlassen haben: extrem staubige Spinnweben voller Fliegen in den Fensterecken und an der Decke, schmutziger Fußboden, Haare auf den Handtüchern im Bad, Zahnpasta an den Fliesen im Bad... Ich habe sofort an der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt, wo sich die Mitarbeiter freundlich für den Hinweis bedankte, aber es wurde trotzdem nicht saubergemacht. Leider keine Empfehlung, obwohl das Hotel von der Ausstattung her einen freundlichen und modernen Eindruck macht.

The hotel is in the middle of Kassel (Köningsplatz) and 10 minutes walk to the Documenta fifteen centre ruruHaus , Fridericianum museum and Documenta halle. Trams and busses nearby to all places. Friendly personal. The breakfast room was large and the breakfast buffet was very well a good start for exploring Kassel with all sort of bread, serials, fruit, drinks, coffee and sprudel wasser. My room was in the new part of the hotel. It had everything one can expect and – as an elderly person – i liked to have a shower. So that I do not have to climb into a bath to take a shower. I liked it also very much that I could dim the lights in the room and bathroom. And also that I could open the doors to the French balcony to let the fresh air in. Diner tip Go to ”al fiume”, italian restaurant at the Fulda. Excellent Italian food.

I stayed in one of the suites on June 5th through 7th. Sadly the room was not ready by the time of arrival, not at 3pm and only around 4 pm did I gain access. After a long day on the road that is not what one was hoping for and the silly excuses or the complementary drink did not help one bit. The hotel is a wonderfully restored old Burg with interesting art and furniture which makes for an eclectic, but winning mix. There is an impressive looking old style restaurant, an attraktive center bar with neat sitting and an open fire place and a spacious outdoor terrace. Some parking is in front of the door. The suite was carefully restored leaving many of the beautiful original elements with touches of the new. However when entering there was sweltering heat and a strong smell of sewage permeating through all the rooms. The first flaw, no air conditioning. If the heat is unbearable on a June day what about the middle of the summer? That puzzled me. The smell originated probably from the free standing bathtub trap which, rarely used, most likely did not seal properly. The sink in the bathroom although stylish was impractical as there literally was no space to put anything needed down. One had to spread out the toiletries all over the bathroom. Very inconvenient. Other than that shower and furnishings were of good quality and gave the suite a nice appearance. The bedroom was in style and bed and mattress were conducive to a good night sleep (thankfully the heat dissipated with an open window but in exchange allowed for street noise). The complementary breakfast was generous and offered many choices. The staff in general proved competent and pleasant. Over all this could have been a wonderful experience if the a/c, smell and room readyness would be improved

ここはビジネスの「住んでいるだけ」です。遅くなりました。フロントのいい女性はまだ長い間滞在しています。部屋はシンプルですが、空気と暖房はとても良いです。ベッドはとても快適で、私はよく眠りました。朝食の際、必要なものはすべて期待しています。卵の食べ物とより大きなミルクの選択が2種類あります。サービスが好きで、みんなの世話をするのが一番いいです。まとめ:簡単なホテル、完璧なロケーション、フレンドリーな人、もっと欲しいもの!高:-)

Other than that shower and furnishings were of good quality and gave the suite a nice appearance. The bedroom was in style and bed and mattress were conducive to a good night sleep (thankfully the heat dissipated with an open window but in exchange allowed for street noise). The complementary breakfast was generous and offered many choices. The staff in general proved competent and pleasant. Over all this could have been a wonderful experience if the a/c, smell and room readyness would be improved

Friendly personal. The breakfast room was large and the breakfast buffet was very well a good start for exploring Kassel with all sort of bread, serials, fruit, drinks, coffee and sprudel wasser. My room was in the new part of the hotel. It had everything one can expect and – as an elderly person – i liked to have a shower. So that I do not have to climb into a bath to take a shower. I liked it also very much that I could dim the lights in the room and bathroom. And also that I could open the doors to the French balcony to let the fresh air in. Diner tip Go to ”al fiume”, italian restaurant at the Fulda. Excellent Italian food.

I stayed in one of the suites on June 5th through 7th. Sadly the room was not ready by the time of arrival, not at 3pm and only around 4 pm did I gain access. After a long day on the road that is not what one was hoping for and the silly excuses or the complementary drink did not help one bit. The hotel is a wonderfully restored old Burg with interesting art and furniture which makes for an eclectic, but winning mix. There is an impressive looking old style restaurant, an attraktive center bar with neat sitting and an open fire place and a spacious outdoor terrace. Some parking is in front of the door. The suite was carefully restored leaving many of the beautiful original elements with touches of the new. However when entering there was sweltering heat and a strong smell of sewage permeating through all the rooms. The first flaw, no air conditioning. If the heat is unbearable on a June day what about the middle of the summer? That puzzled me. The smell originated probably from the free standing bathtub trap which, rarely used, most likely did not seal properly. The sink in the bathroom although stylish was impractical as there literally was no space to put anything needed down. One had to spread out the toiletries all over the bathroom. Very inconvenient. Other than that shower and furnishings were of good quality and gave the suite a nice appearance. 私は 3 泊しました。客室の清掃は 2 日ごとに行われ、追加の清掃はそれぞれ 5 ユーロかかります。残念ながら、部屋はかなり汚れています (写真を参照)。 1日目に汚れたシャワーをフロントに報告しましたが、3日目に「掃除」してもまだ汚れていました。床もまだ汚れていました。シャワージェルは1本の小さなボトルしかなく、詰め替えはありません。部屋は、額縁のマットから途中で滑り落ちた写真と、もちろん汚れで少しぼろぼろに見えます。 WiFi は無料ですが、完全にセキュリティで保護されていないネットワークであり、当然のことながら実際に使用するには遅すぎます。フロントデスクのスタッフはフレンドリーですが、言い訳がいっぱいです。清掃スタッフを見つけるのが難しい、ゲストはシャンプーとシャワージェルのボトルを家に持ち帰るだけ、すべてが非常に高価になっているなど - まだ支払いをしているゲストの問題ではありません。部屋の全額。ホテルは駅にとても近く、便利だと思いましたが、このエリアは最高ではありません。朝食は十分です。二度とここに滞在しません。

Nice hotel beautifully located on a hill close to the Wilhelmshöhe Palace. The hotel has several wings where are the hotel rooms. From the hotel there’s a wonderful view over Kassel. The restaurant offers a good selection of foods, and has a extensive lunch buffet. In front of the hotel is a spacious terrace area where they serve foods and drinks. The hotel has its own Biergarten. The spa area is very nice and has a small pool, sauna and steam bath.

場所はとても良いです、駅のそば、ショッピングモールのシティポイントにとても近く、そしてミュニシパルプラザにとても近いです。ホテルに滞在するのはとても便利です。ホテルで朝食を買うことはお勧めできません。中国人は塩辛いまたは塩辛い以外は快適ではないかもしれません。宿泊環境は大丈夫です、カッセルのような小さな都市では大きな期待はありません、これはかなり良いです。ホテルから300m離れたところにシャンドンレストランがあり、パブリックコメントで見つけることができ、味も悪くありません。中華料理が足りない場合に最適です！
