スカンディック クララルヴェン(Scandic Klaralven)

Nice stay on the way to our ski trip in Branas mountain lodge. Friendly staff, nice food but not so much of choice for vegetarian at the restaurant. Nice pool and sauna as well. I got a parking spot for my electrical car but it was not able to boot that parking spot before we arrived.

We enjoyed the the stay of 1 night. The rooms are very nice and clean. We had an room to the street but there were rooms left and we got an Upgrade to the river. The breakfast was very good! 20 Minutes to center, nice city.

We stayed one night, a family room and a double room. Poor beds, mattresses not comfortable. One of the most important things when you stay in a hotel. Walls are thin, could hear people talking and laughing after 12 pm. Didn’t get a good sleep. Both rooms experienced had the same problems. Breakfast was very good and the they provided a bed for the dog and snacks (you pay extra for the dog to stay) . It’s an ok hotel but they need to do something about the mattresses and noise.

Family friendly hotel with many children Restaurant average, food ok, rather basic and very salt Service in the restaurant rather poor, waiters dont see you, busy with each other... Superior room ok, but in the very far end of the hotel, long walk to everything

This hotel was great. The staff was professional, friendly, caring, and very helpful. It was convenient, clean, and quiet. There were tour buses full of people, but the property was always quiet. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The dinner was excellent. The next time I am in Sweden I will stay here again. I like to stay in Scandic hotels while in Sweden. We are loyal customers!

Nice kids activities with play room, drawing room, activity leader. The kids got a drink ticket on arrival to collect in the bar. The Bar had nice view over Klaraälven with indoor and outdoor space. Good continental breakfast. Nice and tidy room.

Stayed for theee nights, family of four. Doesn’t look anything from the outside but staff was very helpful and happy, rooms were smart and comfy, breakfast delicious with lots of selections (also for dietary requirements).

Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast had lots of good choices. The reception staff was friendly and helpful.

The place was ok for one night and the breakfast was excellent, but the room was not exactly clean (Found hairs in the shower and under the bed after I dropped something) and it was kind of tight for 2 people. Nice view though!
