Stayed for business and the property was within easy walking distance from where I needed to be. Clean, safe and quiet. Will use again if I am in the area.

Bathroom light could be better More lumens in bathroom It was the darkest in the Bathroom Staff was friendly and helped answer questions I would stay here again

Great hotel! Very clean and nicely decorated. The workout facility was top notch and we loved the comfortable bed and spacious, functional room! Location 5 stars!

The most inconvenient set-up I've ever seen! I drove to the address shown and parked in front to check in. I didn't realize that this hotel in the back of a Hilton. The parking garage is across the street. You have to walk across the skywalk, go down to the first floor, walk all the way through the Hilton, and then go upstairs again to your room. The room was clean and nice, but the pillow situation is terrible (bring your own). The Hilton staff was very friendly. The Home 2 Suites staff was not. Breakfast was ok except there was no coffee one of the days. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

The parking lot was really far from the rooms so it was hard to walk with our 2 and 4 year olds back and forth (we forgot our stroller). Other than that, we loved it! It was spacious, we loved having a microwave and full fridge, and the free breakfast! Would definitely come back.

Nice hotel and good location. I reserved a suite and ended up getting changed to 2 queens. Other than that everything was good

Since there are 2 hotels in the smae building, labeling each of them could be better. Still a very nice place.

My stay was ok. The staff tried to add a parking pass to my keys for 2 days and were unable to do so. If they could get that figured out that would be more convenient.

This is a newer hotel, so everything was still pristine. The woman who checked us in was friendly and personable. I had no idea that Kalamazoo has such a large homeless problem, so I definitely wouldn't wander around downtown at night.
