The service is excellent because the owners are highly devoted to carry out the best service possible. This is best illustrated by the breakfast. Guest are able to request specific kinds of breakfast in advance beside the regular german styled breakfast. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent for visitors to the University besides being close to the train station. The hotel is located in a quite housing area. Thus, not many facilities are close-by but in turn the sleep in the night is rather smooth and undisturbed. I will certainly stay again in this hotel when I am traveling this parts of Germany,

Nice small hotel run with a family flair. The location is excellent for visitors to the university or guest intending to explore the forests in the south of the town. The rooms are quite and well organized. The service is excellent!

They asked if I would like to see the available rooms when checking in. I chose not to and took the first available room which was small compared to another I saw later. Recommend checking the available rooms when checking in if possible. The staff were nice consisting of a couple who own the motel. There is a nice eating area that has a modest continental breakfast. The is a small seating area in the check-in area. Metro station is a 15-20 minute walk from the motel.

Terribly dark and isolated location. Staff were friendly, but not concerned with guest comfort. They couldn't wait to close and leave, even turning out the lights in the lobby one hour prior to closing time.

Overall a great hotel. Very clean and updated. Staff were very nice and super helpful. Highly recommend!

This hotel was very cozy and the staff was excellent.

It was a very pleasant stay with this hotel. I highly recommend it if you are in K-town. It was clean, close to the train station, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful!
