I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was disappointing, and I agree with the previous 1-star reviews. Unfortunately, my room had several issues, including a cockroach infestation, unsanitary conditions (stains on the bed sheet and sticky floor), and a malfunctioning door that wouldn't close properly. These problems significantly impacted my stay and left a lasting negative impression. Feels like is just a 2 star hotel. I will never come back again.

Overall, our stay in the family room at this hotel was enjoyable. The location is excellent, and having a pool on the first floor was a nice amenity. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable queen bed and a single bed, as well as a convenient en-suite toilet with a standing shower. The separate living area with a sofa and counter-top with chairs was a nice touch. However, the white bedsheets could use some attention as they appeared dated with a slight brown hue. A suggestion for improvement would be for the hotel to consider bleaching or replacing the bedsheets for a fresher feel. The hotel benefits from the recent opening of a nearby food court, offering guests a range of dining options. McDonald's is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to quick meals. Additionally, there is a Chinese restaurant situated opposite the hotel, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy Asian cuisine without having to travel far. Having these dining choices within walking distance enhances the overall convenience and experience of staying at the hotel.

優點： 套房面積夠大，房間衞生環境可以，服務人員迴應比較迅速，酒店周邊相對安靜。性價比不錯。 缺點： 電視機太老舊，沒一個台看得清楚，都是雪花。早餐偏馬來式，很單調，而且有蒼蠅一直飛，也沒人管。

We had a twin room with 2 single beds. Room size is small but good enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Room is clean, no complaints about it. Didn't have towels. Called the reception and they had it sent to the room promptly. Nothing much in the hotel surrounding. McDonald is within walking distance. Short drive away from Sutera mall, paradigm mall and Aeon bukit Indah. Overall a comfortable stay for 1 night

Fairly clean although I didn’t specifically look around at cleanliness. Location wise good enough although not directly at Bukit Indah Aeon mall. End up didn’t visit Aeon mall but went Sutera mall. Also good for visiting premium outlet. Didn’t visit the gym, swimming pool not large and fairly crowded with many families staying here. Breakfast personally was disappointing for me, next time I’ll rather order grab delivery. Got nasi lemak rice, beehoon, soup noodle, porridge, Indian pancake, hotdogs(no good),bread, fruit, coffee tea and syrup drink. Spread was ok but not so tasty. Prefer they just focus on a few dishes and make it tasty like good nasi lemak, or prata curry but this is my preference. Got free and safe parking but may be crowded if you return late, I think many Malaysians also staying here. Lastly, friendly staff at counter during check in/out. Overall a satisfactory stay, thanks.

This hotel are rated 4 stars but not up to the standard. A run down hotel which need urgent refurbishment.

They give thorn bedsheets when we checkout asking payment for replacement. Breakfast is terrible like keeping so long and is turn strong. Not enough car parking even the hotel not full.

The room is clean, the food is great ( expecially nasi lemak) and my kids enjoyed the pool but The water sprinkles on playgound at kids pool not functioning. Easy to park our car. U have to request for iron n iron board but is okay they will sent to your room. Check in n out quite fast. I came for my husb work but we all enjoy the stay

Very comfortable hotel. The hotel's clean and quiet environment makes guests feel comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly and easy to work with. Ample and comfortable parking spaces make it easy for guests to park their vehicles. Good service and keep it up.. And will repeat for next time vacation.
