プーライ スプリングス リゾート(Pulai Springs Resort)

This hotel is must be luxurious hotel once upon time ago. Spacious room but not well maintain and not so clean. Lack number of staff. When i arrive there are no trolley service and the staff ask me carry all the luggage myself. For the low price, i cant expect more. Value for money and very wide pool.

Check in: We arrived a little earlier than check in time and asked if we could check in earlier. There were no rooms left but the counter expedited the check in for us as we roamed the nearby mall. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping were very attentive to spot that we had a child with us and so they merged out 2 single beds with a king sized bedsheet so there’s no chance for the baby to fall through the crack. Food: The food is amazing. Breakfast spread had a large variety. The room service we ordered had a large portion, was very presentable and delicious. Wish I had taken a photo. It came very fast as well. Service: Top notch. Everyone treated you with kindness especially the staff at the counter in the sports complex. Would definitely visit again for a secluded and comfortable stay at JB.

Overall good experience staying here.the most importance its kids friendly.my daughter having good time here.will repeat again soon.

My husband put it best in saying we felt like we were sold damaged goods when we booked at Pulai Springs Resorts. I am not in the habit of giving poor reviews but I would hate for others to be misled like we were. The room (3BR apartment) was large but very shabby. Faucet and toilet seat in ensuite bathroom broken, mildew in sink and toilet, towels very old. Air conditioners very noisy and one leaked so badly we had to turn it off in the middle of the night. No dishes or cutlery in kitchen, only a small refrigerator. Furnishings very old and dated. View from our room was construction of what looks to have been a golf course. Also meant for a lot of noise during the day. Many of the hotel facilities are run down or worse, closed, including restaurants, activities and one of the pools. There was also no mention made that Muslim bathing attire was required to use the pools so we were unprepared and unable to use pool as a result. Had lunch from the à la carte menu at Cinta Terra which was quite tasty but had to leave the resort to find dinner options as only restaurant open was a high end Chinese restaurant. Breakfast buffet was ok Location is very remote which would have been fine if the resort had been operational. But with so much closed there was nothing to do. We ended up checking out after only one night we were so disappointed It is a very forgotten and neglected place kind of reminiscent of the resort in The Shining. I would avoid booking here!

Recommended to stay. Food pun sedap.

Peaceful hotel atmosphere, very friendly and smooth registration counter service. the pool is also clean, the kids really like it. Breakfast is ok. suitable for taking children on holiday. only the hotel elevator is a bit slow during check-out. me and my family really enjoyed our vacation, many facilities in the hotel.

All is good. We enjoyed our stay there. Love the pools, my baby is so comfortable in the baby pool. Just the wifi quite slow.
