The staff was terrible and the service was bad. They dont really share concern of their guests or at least to me. Mybe because im black not sure

Llegamos muy tarde en la nochen para el check-in , al momento del check out solicitamos unos 30 minutos extra y nos fue negado, tuvimos que salir prácticamente corriendo del hotel, gracias a esto nos cambiamos al Marriot con una insuperable atención y para ese día era hasta más económico, gracias por lanzarnos a un mejor hotel.

My reason for the visit got inconvenienced, Did not get to do what i came for . budget disrupted as i had to make payment when i had already paid using Radisson rewards points. Not happy at all.

The safe and security is almost 100%. Caring of personal property is wonderful. I forgot my cellphone in the hotel vehicle while on the way to hotel from Airport pick up. I thought it was in the room Bar as i spend some hours there before getting in my room. I reported the matter to security, the professional lady and front desk officials a young man and young lady. They took the matter with seriously. We get it it was dropped in the vehicle. The Security Lady, the front desks officials, Roof Bar attendee and the driver are people of high intergrity. My name is Joan Chamungu i was in room no 515 keep us the good work you do. I was there from 17th to 20th of March.

The hotel was comfortable and well maintained. The rooms are clean and adequate for a good night’s rest. The breakfast is basic and there is plenty of coffee to keep one going. The front desk is very responsive and friendly.

Great service first and foremost, I arrived early and was able to get my bags dropped off, take advantage to breakfast and coffee after a long over night flight. Shorts ironed for the next day, no problem, friendly and helpful advice from the hotel reception, checked. Then you have great food at a great price, spacious comfortable rooms in a great location.

it was my first time, but everything was perfect. I didn't get chance to go to pool but other Collique's compliment it that was nice place to relax and swimming on the 7th Floor. I don't mind coming again or refer someone.

There can be a lot improved. It wasn't all bad but many aspect require work. their customer service failed where there was no communication given that repairs will be done in my room. I returned at 16h00 to find my room looking like a construction site, only to find they were trying to replace the blinds, they could have communicated firstly, then I was subjected to having to change rooms as they had ordered the wrong part. I had plans at 16h30 and had to cancel a pre booked appoin**ent needing to move my belongings between 2 floors, the hassle being I was already unpacked and had arranged my things properly. The 6yh floor I was moved too had a foul unbearable smell which just made one loose their appetite. The cleaning staff decided to clean at around 23h00 while we tried sleeping, which I couldn't understand, they were never around to assist and when requesting an iron, you'd wait over 30 min before it came. I won't even start on the point of them not having the option of smoking rooms for guests.

Central , safe and upbeat place to be if you are in Johannesburg and looking to have fun and build memories for life .Close to amenities and central to the famous entertainment areas .Come and have fun
