I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by some of your employees during my recent stay at your hotel. Firstly, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Bhoomika from the Cinnamon team. Over the past four years, I have consistently experienced her unwavering sweetness and professionalism. Please convey my best wishes to her for all her future endeavors. Next, I must commend Leela exceptional understanding of guests' requirements Lastly, I want to acknowledge Tapan from the Front Office for his warm and welcoming demeanor. I also wanted to mention that the buffet was delightful, and the ambience of your hotel was truly exceptional. I have already recommended your establishment to all of my colleagues in Bangalore, and I eagerly look forward to my next visit.

The Sonnet is the perfect place to stay in Jamshedpur for ease of access to the rest of the city, and for the comfort and hospitality that it provides its guests. The staff are exceptionally well-versed in providing great service and I wish to acknowledge Tapas, Navjot, Satwinder, Simran, A***, Avnet and Ganesh who left no stone unturned to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The food at the hotel is excellent as is the service provided in the room. I would recommend this hotel highly for a memorable stay in Jamshedpur!

Very Courteous staff and a very well maintained hotel. Rooms were spacious and had everything that one requires to have a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast was also good, however I found the in-room dining options very limited and extremely pricey. ₹800 for a regular thali is way to expensive.

Sonnet is my best option at Jamshepur. The service is best, Food is awesome, 5 stars for Cleanliness. If you are going to jamshedpur then Sonnet is the option. Staff are very helpful and you will get all The support to make your trip better and comfortable

Keep going ahead. Request to keep food packages of below Rs. 1000 also and hi tea to be served @ Rs. 100 to 150 also with tea. Also some welcome fruits / cookies to be served in the room and welcome drink also as per weather . House keeping is very good. Find problem in getting lift during any party or marriage ceremony takes place in the hotel. Bit noisy that time.

EXECELLENT STAY ALL STAFFS ARE VERY WELL BEHAVED AND COOPERATIVE ESPECIALLY MR NAVJOT HE IS A GEM OF A PERSON AND REAL ASSET TO HOTEL SONNET AND REST ALL STAFFS ARE ALSO AWESOME BELL BOY HOUSE KEEPING FRONT DESK REATAURANT PEOPLE ALL ARE GOOD .

C/In 27th , C/out 28th Of Feb . During checkin it seems "the PMS/ reservation module" did not feature my reservation and was to be 'made' upon my arrival , though the reservation was made days in advance thru MMT .Made to wait at the reception desk . Allocated a 'Superior" room , right of the 80s era , stinking ,musty twin bedded room , even though I was with my wife ! Sonnet has lived beyond it's shelf life ! Claustrophic , worn out , tacky hotel , with few cosmetic changes in and around the lobby ! Best avoided , Jamshedpur does have a few other good options ! Do give it a miss everytime , anytime !

Best quality of food, service and overwhelming attitude specially of Mr.Mahadev. Planning, gesture very thing was amazing. The way they served, hygiene from start till the end was really very well take care of

Love the way Sonnet team has arranged the event with considering all of our needs. Arrangements were good and on time. Food was good. Team was great. No follow up needed to check small things. Staff was humble and was considering all of our requests; was going to the extra length to make everything comfortable for us and our guests.
